I don't really feel badly about the installation. It is just that I can smell gas from the hallway. They installed the gas hookup for our gas dryer. The gas can be smelled largely in the laundry room but can also smell it in the hallway nearby.. I need them to re-appear and make sure we don't have a gas leak. The installation was so expensive and the danger it may be presenting, please do this safety check for free.

They are very responsive as they came out the same day. The office manage was great in working to get a plumber out. The plumber was clean and did the job fast. And Proffessional.

We were very disappointed in the quality of customer service provided by the OWNER of this company. The owner came to our home on a Wednesday to address a leaking bath faucet. He quoted one price and then IMMEDIATELY offered a $100 discount when we questioned the amount. (IMMEDIATELY....did he over charge us from the beginning?) He took the faucet apart and stopped the leak. However, he did not have the replacement piece on hand and said he would return on Friday to finish the job. After several phone calls on Friday and Saturday he finally sent another plumber out on SUNDAY to finish the job. The new plumber said there would be an additional charge for the replacement part. We questioned this charge as we made payment on Wednesday and assumed it was in full. The plumber then phoned the owner who told him to leave our house immediately (without finishing the job) and fire us as customers! How unprofessional is that! He was three days late in completing the work, charged us more than he originally quoted and then FIRED us as customers. As if we would EVER use this company again. Questionable pricing practices, poor customer service and unprofessional leadership. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
