Lifeline was a lifesaver after the March freeze. Pipes broke on the 17th and repairs were made on 19th. Kudos to scheduling and thanks to Carlos who worked tirelessly to get the water back on and has returned to do a repipe job. I have called for additional work as Lifeline has become my go to plumber!

Called for plumbing service during the freeze when a pipe broke in the attic. John and Will did a great job. They located the break in the pipe and checked the entire attic for any others. After feeling confident that there was only one they did the repair and slowly turned the water back on while looking for any other leaks they may pop up. After a thorough check and watching the water meter they were sure that was the only break. Seeing their professionalism and the care they took in their work I was confident that we were good. They even replaced an outside spigot and wrapped it for me. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Plumber John Noah was very professional and friendly and gave me a wide array of choices in choosing my new toilet. Came on time on installation day and finished taking out old toilet and putting in the new one within 30 minutes. Showed me the new features and explained the mechanics of the new toilet to me in layman s terms. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

We broke a hose bib trying to remove a hose while cleaning up for Christmas visitors. This was two days before Christmas. It was outside of the house shut off. We had to have the water shut off at the street by the city and spent Christmas without water. Fun Times... Life Line was able to get somebody here on the 26th and they repaired the problem and gave us a new shut off valve. I can't fault them for not having someone here sooner. It was Christmas after all.

Good job, on time and professional. Normally I'd at least give it a shot on my own, but couldn't this time for various reasons. He completed the job as estimated and also answered some questions I had about other possible plumbing problems/repairs. No complaints.

He gave me an estimate. I asked him if he could fix it and said he could fix it. He found out he could not fix it and told me what was wrong with the fireplace. He charged me .He also gave me a number of the company that fixes fireplaces which turns out that is the company who installed it. When the company who installed the fireplace came out to fix the problem, well it was not what Life Line said the problem was. Plumbing said the problem was. They fixed it. I think Life Line Plumbing should have told us he cannot fix fireplaces and not charged us.

I normally do my own house hold plumbing, but decided to call the pros for this issue. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even made some plumbing recommendations that were very helpful to me.
