We had a what we thought was a washing machine leak. The repairman determined that there was no leak but that the drain the water went into was clogged. He decided to try and snake the drain but didn't have a snake with him. He went home to get one and came back and tried to clear the clog but was unsuccessful but still only charged us the service call rate of $65.00. We then had to call a plumber to jet the drains. We do have severe drain problems due to roots and it was time for our 6 month jetting so that was not the fault of the repairman. He did try and went above and beyond the call of duty by trying to clear the stoppage himself. We were very pleased with the service.

Tom arrived on time and got right to work. Tom was able to free up a stuck rotor in our dishwasher. Didn't need a new part. Tom is personable and confident. We will call him next time we need an appliance serviced.

Tom fixed my 12 year old gas dryer. It wasn't heating. He replaced the coils and thoroughly cleaned out the vents. It is working fine now.
