Were mostly punctual and got right to work. Did a good job overall - found a couple of missed items after they left but was a top to bottom clean so lots to do. That's the only reason they didn't get a 5 on the rating. UPDATED REVIEW 5/8/2017: My wife returned from out of country and begin getting the house ready for move-in. The cleaning we had requested was a "make ready for move-in" where the house is empty and the focus is do a top to bottom cleaning including shelves, baseboards, window sills, vent covers, door jambs and frames, etc. Like you would do for a new home that had just been constructed. She found a number of areas where they didn't clean and spent several hours redoing some of the cleaning, especially in areas such as the pantry where one would to use the step ladder (which was provided) to clean. She was disappointed. I guess I should have inspected better but I was busy working outside. Net takeaway for future customers is to be sure to do a through inspection to ensure you are happy with the job before they head out.

They did not do a great job,, I had to have them re clean after 4 hours of cleaning initially. it took them another hour to fix what I did not like. they did resolve it though, which was good.
