My chief complaint is that once the rep came to the house and we paid for the system, it was hard to get them to provide a receipt and/or work order showing what exactly was included in the amount we paid. It took 4 requests to both the Rep and the office before I received my receipt. The installer was top-notch. He showed up right on time and got right to work. He warned me before he turned off the water and explained what he did and how the system worked. i feel that the system is a little pricey, but I like having the peace of mind that they stand by their system and that it was installed correctly.
