Life-Time Exteriors

I got 8 different quotes from 5 different companies. Not only was Life-time the cheapest (even for the same brand/model windows to others), Mike was a straight shooter. He showed me a some things to look out for when others came to give quotes. Fast responses via email and phone. We did all the windows and sliding glass doors in our home in two different phases. Since covid, a lot of home improvement companies have been BUSY, thus there was about a 4 week lead time for install. But that shows they're busy and a lot of people are using them!

Mike explained the installation thoroughly. Arrived right on time. Good clean job. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend. Lovely Windows.

Great experience. Mike worked with us through the entire process. Very professional, clean, and skilled install crew. Very happy with the outcome!

Mike arrived early for our scheduled appointment, took his time measuring our windows, and explaining the process. The crew arrived promptly on the day of the install. They were focused, quick, and polite. They moved anything that needed it, and put it back when done. The result is a quieter, more efficient home. Thank you Mike!

I had other companies tell me the job was too small and not worth their time. Mike was very glad to accommodate me. He treated my job like it was a million dollar job.i so appreciate Mike. He was great to work with.

Mike and his work associate Tom (and the entire crew) were great to work with. After extensively researching other companies, I felt that Mike offered the best price for the Anlin windows and more importantly, the best lifetime guarantee on the work. They did an amazing job and went the extra mile where they had to customize the work on some of our windows. The windows are beautiful!!

Mike is great to work with, his team is very hardworking and professional. No pressure sales (such a relief after dealing with Anderson!) I really appreciated that he was honest and clear about two windows that had egress issues and my one option for each. No skirting the laws. And he was right, they look great and are to code. And his prices are amazing. Anderson wanted over 3 times the money for fewer windows. Mike uses Anlin. They look GREAT. I already notice the difference. So much quieter than the original 1988 dual-pane windows I replaced. I recommend them so highly that I already hired him to replace the remaining windows in my home!

We just had new windows installed throughout our house yesterday by Mike and his crew and absolutely LOVE them! Mike explained our options, offered the best price we found anywhere (and we got bids from several companies). He was punctual, the entire crew got right to work and completed our 18 windows including 2 sliding patio doors in one day. They cleaned up after themselves too, so we had no mess to pick up inside or out. We are VERY happy with their quality of work and would highly recommend that you give Mike a call. We will definitely use him again if we ever have the need.

Mike was very easy to deal with and there was no pressure to choose his company. His crew was friendly and very efficient. One of the most valuable items for me was his lifetime guarantee on the windows. My house is only 12 years old and half of the vinyl windows had gone bad so the warranty was the icing on the cake.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job of replacing our four kitchen windows at the front of our house. They were efficient, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend LIFETIME exteriors for any window replacement needs.

stupid question, can U end this ?

We hired Life-Time Exteriors after meeting the owner Mike who has real hands-on experience of the type project we needed done. We'd been bitten in the past by other company's sales people over-promising what couldn't be done, but Mike was honest, quoted us a great price, and his team followed thru with a flawless installation yesterday. Mike came by this morning to ensure everything was as expected and we were happy to pay him the balance owed - one of those rare times where you're happy to write a largish check knowing you got a top notch quality product and exactly what we wanted. Thank You Mike!

Mike is very professional and got us scheduled quickly. Windows look great.

Mike Ellis and his crew are professional, easy to work with and produce a top of the line product. Our windows are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! He gave us options and went over positives and negatives. We did bids with 2 other contractors and no one compared to LifeTime when it came to price for quality and customer service. Would highly recommend. Will be using them again

Mike is very professional. He He went above and beyond to make sure our project was done on time and we were completely happy. We had 25 windows, plus a sliding door replaced. We were very happy with Mike and his team.

Mike was great to work woth

The minute I met Mike, I knew he was a man of integrity...someone I could trust...Mike was professional in his presentation, he was very knowledgeable and I liked the Monte Verde Window he uses...I am very budget conscious and I felt the price for my whole house was very reasonable since I had already interviewed 3 other companies in the Sacramento area...I am so happy with the installation...I really liked the idea that the owner and his helper, Tom, would be doing the install...The whole experience with Life-Time Exteriors was perfect...in fact, so perfect, I had Mike replace all my interior doors...God bless Mike and Tom...masters at their trade!!!

Mike Ellis, the owner of this business, was very professional and because he is the owner and keeps his overhead down can be very competitive in his pricing. I received three quotes for my window replacement project and Mike came in much lower than the other contractors but provided the same quality of window that they quoted. His installation was excellent and I could not be happier with the entire experience. If you are going to replace your windows with energy efficient ones you owe it to yourself to get a quote from Life-Time Exteriors.

23 Windows and a Patio Door in One day, That's Hustling ! Superb workmanship, very professional. I had 3 contractors on the job the day Mike showed up. He unloaded and went to work never saw him stop for lunch even. The windows look fantastic and their performance is 100% better than the old windows. You cant go wrong with Mike on site. Nice personality, super workmanship and probably one of the most efficient contractors I have had to work with. This project turned out nicer than imagined due to the expertise of the crew. I will be giving out Life-Time Exteriors name to anyone asking me for window work.

Mike and his buddy came within a couple of days of the estimated start time, knocked out the project in one day. I had some minor clean up , and touched up some nail holes, no big deal.I would definitely use them again, for my next set of windows. His price was the difference maker.

Mike the owner and his partner did our installation in 2 Days. They did all our windows, a sliding door and a beautiful French door. He was on time and we had a great experience with Mike. Excellent price for the installation. Will recommend again.

Mike is the owner and with a helper did the installation. The job was going smooth until they got to the sliding glass door and uncovered dry rot in the sub floor. They clearly described the repair options and had the corrective work done quickly at a reasonable price. Job well done, Thanks.

" Final project turned out great!"
