My FIRST EVER 1 Star Review- a tale of deceit: I had been contemplating solar panels for our house so when a salesman came to our door I was already interested and willing to listen. The salesman Benjamin was not particularly helpful but he provided enough information that I was able to weigh the numbers and decide that purchasing solar panels was in my best interest and a good purchase. There was also attractive incentives, which spoiler alert: I later found out to be deceitful. The process of financing and scheduling installation was easy. The installation team that came was terrific! They took great care at my home, explained everything, answered all my questions, and provided great customer service. I wish I could recall their names but they are the true stars of Lifetime Solar. The reason for my one star review is the lies, deceit, and manipulation. The salesman promised an incentive credit of a $1000 credit to our Evergy account- which has never came. Horrific services and LIES

They did property damage and did not repair it. Everything they promised to do was a lie. Once they get their money they leave the customer with faulty equipment and no service. Worst company out there trust at your own risk !

They did a good job selling their product but customer service is the worst we have ever seen! They will not answer phone calls or make repairs. Our system is less than 3 yrs old and already down and has been for almost 5 months.

I had a great experience with JR, Mark, Everyone there. I can t believe someone had a bad experience with them was very impressed by the level of professionalism, the info they gave me, how they followed yo fast etc.

I wouldn't recommend them for anybody because they don't follow up on their customer service.
