"In 25 years of doing this I have been so lucky as not to ever have a bad customer... Gary and Kathleen are another example of wonderful clients . It was a long day and I was in a hurry to get to my kids (4 and 5)... but Home Advisor chimed in and Garys posting came up.. Now since each contractor is charged a fee for a lead IF we call a customer or not, I quickly gave them a call. They had lights and outlets that kept going on and off... In my typical style I told them it will not be a problem and I will have it fixed in under 5 minutes...I am just that good ..(yes, a bit cocky...).. Upon arrival, Gary showed me the area with the problem,.. we eliminated the panel as the issue...proceeded to the 'office' space. 1st outlet I pulled out had the loose wiring - rewired the entire box, installed a new device and we were done.... everyone was happy... I am lucky not to ever have to work.. this is all absolute fun - each and every day.. I am busy as can be, but my service is worth the wait.."
