Travis was such a polite and patient young man who knew what he was doing in addressing our concerns with our air conditioner. I really appreciated the fact that he listened and was able to explain what work he had done. We will be asking for Travis the next time we need service with our heating and air conditioning.

Pleasant, friendly, efficient personnel (Brian, John & Lath). They explained and showed me all the repairs and parts, worked efficiently and lefty my home in tidy condition. Called me several days later to check on the furnace operation and my opinion of the work completed and personnel deportment. All in all, a class act. I plan to call them again if necessity dictates (10 to 15 years according to the guarantee)!!

Super fast and efficient service. Joe W was super knowledgeable and through. The company that set up my furnace did not connect the AC properly. Joe fixed that and ensured everything was done really well. He explained all the details to me. I would definitely use Lifeline for future needs.

I asked how much it was for the service call and was told it was $49.00. I was not told it was a $49.00 per unit until they arrived and they did know I had multiple units.

As an owner of a commercial building, it’s always good to know Lifeline is just a phone call or online click away when trouble happens (the other stuff too). They are very responsive and professional to deal with and we’ve had no problems what-so-ever after the work is finished. They are a great team to work with and highly recommended.

They came out for an emergency call on a Sunday and told me exactly what had failed on my furnace. By Monday I had a new furnace. I would trust them with my HVAC needs in future. Thanks Joe P!

The service was wonderful. The plumber was concerned about attention to detail, kept our house clean, very careful about explaining what he was doing. We felt the cost was high for the water heater but we did not have any reference of different costs before because it was an emergency. Would definitely recommend them.
