This is our second bathroom remodel with Lifespan. They have been excellent to work with. Sam came out for the quote and has been extremely helpful throughout. Sara in the office was great for scheduling and answering any of our questions. Josh has been our installer for both projects. He was on time, professional and does high quality work. Thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the entire team at Lifespan. Matt met with us when we came into the showroom to view our options. He made suggestions which changed our plans. Very glad for additional options presented. Would highly recommend Lifespan.

Bathroom upgrade was well done. They were mostly quick and efficient. The glass for the shower took a few weeks which we weren't told about until work started. We feel the price was relatively high but we're happy with the product.

Lifespan only uses high quality materials and fixtures for their remodels which is great. Also everyone that works at Lifespan is so friendly and helpful, making for a great experience overall.

The installers were fast and professional, the door took a bit longer than expected, the salesman made an error in measurement, but the installers made fast and professional correction by installing a shelf due to the inaccurate pan measurement. I would recommend these guys for a great shower experience.

Slow and poor communication for sauna heater install. Asked to have bids and details run through me for older relatives and they ignored it. Didnâ t properly clean up job site. Charged too much too.

Ricky was so good to work with. He came early and stayed late making sure everything was taken care of. We are so happy with the job he did. Lifespan just completed our fantastic sunroom. It is everything we expected. The crew, Carl and Austin, did a great job; their attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in the finished room. We highly recommend Lifespan Home Improvement.

Visit there showroom before you buy. I probably would have picked a different tub and shower than the one I bought from there catalog. But everything else went well.

Josh, the gentleman who installed the flooring, toilet, shower and tub was very professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better installer.

The installers were the utmost professionals. Prior to doing the installation, they explained what they were going to do and got our buy-off. They wanted to make sure that everything that we had asked for was what they planned to install. They did an excellent job of minimizing creating a mess and of cleaning up afterwards. They truely wanted to make sure that we were happy with their quality of work and with their speed. The office had told us that it would most likely take 2 days to complete the work. The installation team decided that we had waited long enough for the material and did not wat us to have to wait any longer than needed. So, they stayed until they were able to complete both the Shower and floor installation. The results were beyond our wildest dreams! Although it took a long time for the material to arrive, 4 months, the final results made the wait so very worth while! We were very much impressed with the results and very happy with the quality of work. Needless to say, we would hire LifeSpan Home Improvement for any future work that we may need. You can't go wrong with them!

This is my second time having lifespan replace a shower they do a great job.

Lifespan was great to work with, and they removed our old deck, and replaced it with a new deck and aluminum and glass sunroom. The quality of their work was exceptional. The beauty of the finished product makes us the envy of the neighborhood. The cost was reasonable, and the quality, finished product was a bargain at the agreed upon price. The Lifespan staff was great to work with, especially Karl, our outstanding installer, craftsman and job foreman. My family now virtually lives in our enclosed sunroom, on our beautiful deck even in the winter, and enjoys the wonderful sunshine and view. We would recommend Lifespan to anyone who wants to replace an old deck, or construct a new deck, or build a sunroom to dress up their property and spend more time outdoors in the sun.
