The installers were very nice and professional. The customer service was good. They worked me in around another job in the area so the travel cost was minimal. Bob is nice to deal with and went out of his way to deliver samples. I would use them again if I needed windows or doors.

Bob the owner of Lifetime Choice was very professional, pleasant, and good to deal with in making a decision. Once the work began, we had a serious problem with the initial windows not being the correct size and Bob reordered all of them (13) to get the correct size without hesitation or any argument and they were delivered two weeks later. His attitude and service to resolve that problem and get the correct windows was very professional and evidence to us that he stands behind his work and products and is very honest. Although this delay was disheartening, the manner in which he handled it made easier to accept.

"Windows that we order are very seldom a problem with an incorrect size. The reason that the windows were incorrect on this order is because the customer requested them to be installed in a different method as normally done for a replacement window. The windows were also factory mulled together for those openings and when the factory mulled the units together, it made the windows sizes off by about 1/2" which wasn't acceptable with me. The windows could have been installed however I wanted it perfectly correct for my customer. Customer is very happy and has authorized us to photograph their windows for adding to our web site."

Competitively priced with low pressure sales. My patio french doors with mini blinds and grids look great and the quality seems top notch. The 2 install people were professional and friendly. Did a good job. You cannot beat the warranty either. Will definitely consider on future projects.

EXCELLENT from sales to product to service. The 16 replacement windows are BEAUTIFUL. From first sales call to installation, we were treated professionally and courteously. These windows are far superior to others we considered. Price was excellent and the installation crew courteous, professional,highly skilled, conscientious, and considerate. We havent had our new window installed yet; however, everyone we have met and worked with so far has been amazing! We have greatly enjoyed the process so far; this company is far different in a good way then any other window sales-company. The price is fanastic and the options are great!

Evaeryne involved, from Lee Miller the sales rep, to the owner, Bob Kolovich, to the instilation crew were very friendlyand helpfull. The crew Frank and Frank are very good at what they do. The quality of the doors is high and they look great. I am very impressed with the whole experience so far. Winter is comming and I'm sure that the doors I bought are going to cut the heating bill down.

We are pleased with our new windows and look forward to them being strong and lasting. It is so nice to so easily open and close these windows as our old windows were always stuck and difficult. We put a lot of money into this whole project and need the windows to last and work well for a long time. The lifetime warranty had a lot to do with our buying these windows. We hope it is a good warranty.
