I would like to say I am very satisfied with the project. However, they did make a mistake during demo. They failed to reinforce existing stucco pillars and one fell and crushed 2 patio chairs. This added to the cost of the project. David and Amy did inform us immediately and offered options and worked with us to come to an agreement to address the changes to the project. We elected to remove 3 pillars and the end result was a more open space and it does work with the house architecture. They were professional, kept the area clean and were on time with schedules. They completed both decks and we are very happy with the completed project. The final cost was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

Dave is a real perfectionist with attention to detail. He has been dependable and shows up when expected. Most of all, his quality of work is superb and he has been great to work with throughout the project.

Awesome highly skilled team. Able to perform any project, no matter how simple or complicated. They patiently walked us through our rennovation vision and then made it a reality. We highly recommend this company.

They are very hard working and stick to their time lines. They do what work the client wants.
