TOTAL CON ARTISTS! THESE CLOWNS HAVE AN EXCUSE FOR EVERY SHORT COMING THEY HAVE. IT IS ALWAYS SOMEBODY ELSE'S FAULT. THEY CHARGED ME OVER 700.00 DOLLARS FOR ONE HOURS WORK IN WHERE THEY USED MY OWN EQUIPMENT AND ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES FOR LABOR. THEY ARE SO INEPT AND UNPROFESSIONAL, IT IS A JOKE;

Paid $30 for someone to tell me to pay more than double to repair a garage door opener than what I paid for, to begin with. I unscrew the lightbulb and corrected the problem.

Customer service was the most excruciating experience ever. All communication had to be initiated by me. Installation dates were canceled three times by the company. The explanation was that they could not get the door from the warehouse. The door was delivered by the company owner after 6 weeks, but he never notified me until I called on week 8. No communication by the company. The subcontractor who installed it was awesome. very professional. I would not use Lifetime again.

Jeremy came out the same day and fixed the problem with our garage. I can't tell you how nice it is when someone says they'll be out within 2 hours and do what they say. I would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Excellent experience with Lifetime Garage Doors! The receptionist answering the phone was friendly and helpful. Ours was a non-emergency repair, but they scheduled us for the very next day. The technician Matthew was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, glad to answer all of our questions and clearly explained all of our options--in other words, Matthew was SuperTech (without the cape)! I am very happy to recommend this company to everyone.

The job was pricier than I thought it would be, but I didnt have the time to get multiple quotes, so it may actually be typical pricing, Also, it wasn't just the door that had to be repaired and worn parts replaced. The board on which the garage door frame was mounted had to be re-attached to the garage structure. (I highly recommended not acccidentally scraping your car against the garage door opening.) I loved my repair tech Jeremy, an extremely nice man. I would definitely recommend this company.

Be sure to explore that you auto built in opener will operate with the unit you are purchasing. These new units are blue tooth and will not work with all auto dash openers.

Matt and Dwight werecommunicative about when to expect them. They arrived at the updated window of time and were friendly and knowledgeable and able to fix the problem in less than an hour. And they were amazing when my dog managed to sneak into the garage to check em out, sorry again guys lol! I will definitely use them again if another issue arises and am happy to refer friends and family.
