I used this company for a long distance move before. Everything was good until the movers arrived and tried to charge me for going upstairs which was included in my contract. The guy told me that "a flight of stairs was 7 stairs!" The customer service was excellent and they actually refunded me the $75 the guy was trying to charge me. I honestly had a good overall experience but the way that the actual movers made our blood boil insured that I would never hire them again. I hope that those guys aren't with the company anymore but I personally wouldn't chance it. Just for reference my move was 8 yrs ago with this company I just hope that things are better now.

I paid for 4 men and 2 trucks but they still took hours longer and cost almost twice their estimate, they took furniture apart and did not reassemble correctly, they lost shelves, they lost the pegs to hang shelves, they scraped, dinged, and gouged furniture, they scraped newly painted walls, they could not get a large armoire down a hallway and into a bedroom but my remodeling contractor managed to do it by himself! One man disassembled while 3 men watched. When I complained about the time they were taking, the supervisor became rude and argumentative, and careless, which probably caused the damage and lost items. This company is well named; the worst moving company I have ever used in my Lifetime! Do yourself a favor and hire another company! I recommend All In One Moving.
Dorothy, we are so sorry to hear that your moving experience was not the excellent one that we strive for with every customer and that we failed to meet your expectations in making this a seamless move. Reviewing our notes on this move: This was a large move that would not fit on one truck. It was originally scheduled for 2 days to complete. We advised based on our experience that the move would be better serviced if we were able to complete half one day and the remainder the next; instead of trying to complete in one day. In our conversations, it was agreed upon that we move forward with the 2-day plan. When speaking with you the day before your move we were notified that your street has been blocked off and that we would be unable to move on the first day (6/22). Because we were in our busy peak season, our only availability at the time was to try and complete the move in one day (6/23) with 2 trucks. Unfortunately, not ideal for anybody in the summer heat or for the moving quality we had attempted to offer by splitting it into two days. Our crew worked for over 11.5 hours that day to get this completed. We spoke with you again on 6/30 and discussed your concern on damaged items. We reviewed and emailed the claim filing procedures for 6 items. There was no mention in this conversation of any missing items or property damage at that time. Since 6/30, we have not heard anything from you until this review on 8/10 . The claim form we prepared for you has still not submitted to report any damage to date. We completely understand that this was not the desired outcome for anyone. We cannot always control the circumstances around us when changes arise, however, we certainly do our best to adapt, as we did in this circumstances, despite not meeting the mark or our own expectations in this instance. We would be happy to discuss this further if you would like help with the claim process or have any further questions. Again, we are so sorry that this was the turnout of this move as this is not the service we strive for and offer our customers on a daily basis and are happy to help with any of the above miscommunications.
