They lost three boxes, they happened to be marked with the contents, so the movers knew what was in the boxes.
Hi Cheri, we are truly sorry to hear about your missing boxes. In our discussions, you've advised that the went really well and you are overall happy with our moving services except for the 3 missing boxes containing decor, pottery, and rulers. We are baffled as to how the boxes disappeared. Your move was completed in 4 hours and went straight from house to house. Management checked the truck when the crew arrived back from the warehouse and there were no extra items or boxes on the truck. We have been in communication and await a return call as to whether you have found the boxes while unpacking or need to proceed with the claim. Best experience ever. They showed up on time. Wrapped the few pieces of treasured furniture incredibly well. We needed things moved between several homes and they were able to handle all our requests without any problems. Their men were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Ours was just a small local move, but if I were doing an interstate move, I’d certainly use them. Amanda was always easy to reach via phone and always pleasantly answered my questions and walked me through the process which I greatly appreciated since it involved a lot of components.

Unprofessional, they broke my couch, I tried to call the general manager to fix it but I was basically told they were happy with the job they did and that is unprofessional as well, they were not supportive and helpful at all when I called for a resolution.

I hired to movers to move my furniture and boxes a quarter mile away. I had a wonderful experience. My furniture was wrapped with loving care. One professional had 30 years experience. It was very apparent as I watched him wrap furniture and move boxes.

I used this company for a long distance move before. Everything was good until the movers arrived and tried to charge me for going upstairs which was included in my contract. The guy told me that "a flight of stairs was 7 stairs!" The customer service was excellent and they actually refunded me the $75 the guy was trying to charge me. I honestly had a good overall experience but the way that the actual movers made our blood boil insured that I would never hire them again. I hope that those guys aren't with the company anymore but I personally wouldn't chance it. Just for reference my move was 8 yrs ago with this company I just hope that things are better now.

Not only is transparency very important to us, but communication and the entire process in making sure each of our customers knows what is happening up front. We are sorry you had that experience previously and can understand how frustrating that must have been.
