Lifetime Roofing & Renovation, Inc.

There was nothing to repair. Lifetime provided a report to verify this for my homeowner's insurance.

Excellent service, very fast, very professional!

Needed to have our roof replaced. Lifetime Roofing is great! Gui from Lifetime stopped by the same day I called in for an estimate, and he was able to get us a very competitive price. Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Lifetime Roofing was professional and caring. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

I had the pleasure of Lifetime Roofing & Renovation, Inc to replace my roof on my garage. The contractor was very polite and extremely knowledgeable in his field of roofing. They did an excellent job and knowing I needed the work done for my Homeowners insurance, they did the work in my timeline to meet my Homeowners insurance deadline. Actually it was completed ahead of my deadline. If anyone needs a new roof, I recommend the best of the best, LIFETIME ROOFING & RENOVATION, INC. They also have excellent payment plans to suit your needs! Sincerely, a pleased and satisfied customer, Antoinette.

Lifetime Roofing has a strong track record of quality work with high quality materials. They installed my new roof that currently has solar panels recently. The job site was spotless when they left each day. The entire team was a group of professionals and very knowledgeable. They had no issues reinstalling my solar panels (in fact they cleaned them before reinstallation) they made the complete process a pleasure. They handled the permit process that went very smoothly and was finaled with ease. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome of the project. I would highly recommend Lifetime Roofing to any of my family, friends or clients.

Recently, our HOA, after an extension search, selected Lifetime Roofing to replace the twenty-nine-year-old flat roof on our two-unit condo. From the very outset, when we were soliciting bids, Lifetime Roofing impressed us above their competitors. Their price, while not cheap, was in line with the seven other companies we interviewed. Their skilled use of a drone to provide footage of our old roof enabled us to get a detailed impression of its condition without anyone climbing a ladder. Their explanation of exactly how their crew would execute the job was detailed and understandable. Their description of the materials and warranty was clear and checked out when researched. Their ability to coordinate and have a crew ready for the date we needed was great. Our situation was complicated by the fact that both units have solar panels installed by a different company, Grid Alternatives. Lifetime Roofing provided excellent project management, including coordinating with Grid Alternatives to schedule removal and reinstallation of the panels. Their work was done on time and within budget. The materials they used were of very high quality. They affixed our new roofing material to the substructure without using an open flame. They also provided a detailed after report for our insurance company. Their team left the worksite just as they found it. They even repaired the electrical outlet cover that got cracked during their use. We will gladly recommend them. We feel confident that we made the right decision in choosing Lifetime Roofing.

We selected Lifetime Roofing to replace the twenty-nine-year-old flat roof on our two-unit condo. They roofers are experienced and did a very professional, thorough job (i.e. preparations and attention to details, clean).

Harry B. came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He and his foreman came out several days later and repaired my roof. Will probably hire them to replace my roof when the time comes.

The roofing and reconstruction work carried out by Lifetime Roofing & Renovation on two structures on my property was outstanding in every way possible. One of the structures is architecturally unique and the other one is over a hundred years old, so both demanded thoughtful planning and careful roofing and construction. From the very start, Marcelo, the project manager, was superb and on the job, helping us to understand each step of the project. All communication with Marcelo and the crew was excellent and timely as we looked at possible roofing solutions and reviewed the range of roofing materials. The roofing materials shown to us and those selected were of outstanding quality and with good prices too. I was particularly impressed by the careful planning process and this attention to detail; and also the ease of involving the owner, myself, from beginning to end. On both projects the timing of every phase was excellently coordinated, skillfully and smoothly completed.

Everything went smoothly. The project manager was knowledgeable and the job was completed within the prescribed schedule.

Facing urgent roof replacement due to my insurance non-renewal and a wildfire zone deadline, I turned to Lifetime Roofing & Renovations. Project Manager Marcelo M. was instrumental, guiding me through every step and assuring timely completion despite the rainy season and busy roofers. He communicated effectively with my tenant, earning high marks for clarity, courtesy, and follow-through, including cleanup. Marcelo oversaw the installation of a composition shingle roof and TPO fire-retardant material, meeting my insurance fire safety requirements. He provided photos that expedited my insurance renewal. I am very grateful for the efficient, high-quality work, praising Marcelo M.’s knowledge, kindness, and clear communication as invaluable to the company. A retired engineer friend approved the contract. Minor document errors from Sales Manager Brad Kenny were quickly corrected, prompting my suggestion for administrative support to improve efficiency.

Ok

Brad from Lifetime Roofing was great to work with . They came onetime and removed and installed a flat roof and a shingle roof. They had to come back out to fix a couple of things with the flat roof and flashing. Throughout the process Brad and Vito managed the project well and communicated regularly. I would recommend them.

They were on time, did good quality work and were responsive to our questions and needs. Yonas Mesmer, their project manager was especially easy to work with and did a great job explaining the work and following up on any changes to schedule. Highly recommend.

I was really pleased with the new roof job Lifetime Roofing and Renovation performed for my mom's house that I decided to hire them again for my house. Tony the project manager and his crew once again knocked it out of the park. The work done efficiently and and with quality/care. My wife and I are very pleased with how the project came out. The price point for concrete tiles is what I expected given the rising costs of material and labor.

Lifetime Roofing & Renovations Company came to my assistance when my longtime insurance company informed me in October, they did not intend to renew my policy. Photos taken by drones showed them I had an aging roof, which needed to be updated. Since my building is situated on property in California, classified as a wildfire zone, I needed to have a replacement roof installed by December 1st "with absolutely no exceptions for extension." Project Manager Marcelo M. came to my rescue, and from the very start of this project he walked me through every phase of the job until it was finished. He assured me they would be able to finish in time before the predicted rain would come, and they did. Product and labor service was excellent. Project Mgr. Marcelo M. gets my 5-star+ rating for being so thorough and following through on every phase of the project. Marcelo M. is the company's best asset! He sent me photos to send to the insurance company which quickly renewed my policy.

Due to rain and other obstacles, when we finally got clear weather Marcello did an excellent job of getting the crew there to get the roof for our dormer done.

I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience with Lifetime Roofing & Restoration, from the office staff to the labor crew. The labor crews priority was to professionally provide a quality finished product while maintaning neatness. Project Manager Marcelo and Site Supervisor Alvaro were always pleasant, professional and informative with every interaction. Malik, Harry and Brad made the financial aspects less painful just by being authentic, transparent, available, and communicative. The quality and timeliness of the project was a priority (I give them an A +). I may never see them again, but I will remember how I was treated, the great work they did and how positive I felt when the project was completed. I am overwhelming pleased to recommend Lifetime Roofing and Restorations to anyone who may need their services.

The sales rep was great but the supervisor was not.

The person who did the estimate explained everything to me and they gave me a discount and I was happy with my services.

I am very pleased with the work Lifetime Roofing & Renovation, Inc. provided for me. I had contacted several roofing companies prior to contacting Lifetime Roofing.I was given an estimate affordable to my cost, the detail of the work and a date of completion. I was contacted by Dylan, who was overseeing the project and if I had any questions as the roof was being completed, I HAD NONE! I cannot express how pleased I am with my roof, I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend Lifetime Roofing & Renovation, Inc. to my family and friends. Thank you Lifetime Roofing for a job well done.
