Warren Vail is a conscientious business man! We called Warren to look at the roof because it appeared there were some weak spots. He arrived when he said he would, went up and identified some bad spots that needed attention. Before we agreed to anything, he got the ladder back out and went up to do a temporary fix. We told him to schedule us for roof replacement, he called when he said he would and his crew arrived as promised. They took care to protect, doors, windows, our deck and flowers. They meticulously cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend Vail Construction!

The beautiful roof Lifetime Roofing installed just a year ago was recently damage severely by a racoon! Yes, by a racoon. It's habitat had been disrupted by tree cutting under a power line and it found its way to my roof during its search for a new home. It ripped several roof vent shingles off, chewed many into shreds and actually gnawed a 12" hole into my attic. Luckily, it didn't take up residence. Warren was quick to come to my aid and made a temporary repair which I especially appreciated because we were expecting a severe thunderstorm. His crew came back later to do the permanent repairs. They removed and replaced over 100' of venting and vent shingles. The repair look fantastic. It blends in seamlessly with the work they did last summer. I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing by Vail. Life Time roofing by Vail just replace my roof in one day and did an excellent job. From my first meeting with Warren Vail I was impressed. He took the time to explain his process and materials, answer my question, and even responded quickly when I called later with more questions. I had a small leak before the scheduled work day. Warren came over quickly, identified the problem, and had it resolved within in day. They use high quality materials (CertainTeed) and have a diligent and friendly crew. The quote was very competitive for the same materials used by another area roofer. Their guarantee is identical. I have a difficult property to work on. It's very sloped, heavily treed, and has several gardens around the perimeter of the house. They took care to protect everything as much as possible. With 6 valleys and 4 ridge vents my roof is complicated. Every surface is now well protected and looks great.They also took exceptional care to clean up when the roof was finished. Folks have stopped by to tell me how great the roof looks and those who saw the crew working have also commented on how impressively the job was handled.

My roof was in desperate need of replacement. After extensive homework and quotes on contractors for best quality, best cost, type of materials used in addition to experience/ability this criteria was met by Warren Vail of lifetime roofing/Vail construction. On the agreed upon start date they showed up on that morning and by end of day his crew had stripped the entire roof, hauled the scrap away and installed the new roof. He even addressed the issues with my soffit and fascia and made the necessary repairs and replacement of fascia. He and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and respectful of my property throughout the job. The next day 2 neighbors complimented that the guys that did the roof attacked the job hard, were busy all day and that the roof looked fantastic, to which I agree. In addition, several days after the job Warren was considerate and professional to contact me to follow up that I was satisfied with the entire job. Therefore I highly recommend this company.
