From the start, PURE WATER SOURCE (throughLifetime) did an excellent job from the OUTSTANDING sales manager, Joe, to the scheduler. Simone and the installer, John. It is refreshing to deal with a company where everyone answers the phone and also responds within one day. They answered all of our questions and concerns and completed the job of installing our water softener system within a few days! 100% Satisfaction.

Great company. We have very bad well water and with the system they recommended and installed we noticed a significant improvement immediately. Price was reasonable and they even disposed of our old equipment from our outdated system. I would recommend them to others.

Joe the salesman was patient, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Dan the installer was also very knowageable, and a very hard worker who went out of his way to make sure we were totally informed and satisfied.

They would have gotten 5 stars if I had not had to call them back due to a bad leak where they had not connected the piping to the system correctly. Other than that all is well and I have water that is now drinkable and clear instead of yellow. Toilet and shower no longer stained yellow after a through cleaning.

Joe was very attentive and informative in the beginning/sales process. We ran into a snag when the installation was not done in copper as he had promised and from that point on he said I forwarded all the texts and pics to the front office and they will deal with it...... haven t heard a word from them.....so much for customer service.

The installer was the best. He did his job very professional and explained every question I had.

The salesman we interacted with was named Joe he was excellent not pushy but patient. He explained the whole system very well. Then the installer that came was top notch as well his name was peter. System is working well so far.

Install was done a few days ago. Seems to be in place and ready to go. Will take a little time to be able to evaluate the water quality and functionality of the system.

Very nice bunch of guys everyone pulled together to make this happen. Install just finished a few hours ago and already see a difference. Cant wait to finally use my ice maker in my fridge.

The service was prompt and courteous. A new system was installed the next day. Excellent sales and installation service. It is difficult to rate the value for money spent as the system has been in for only one week. We have had problems with very hard water in the past and expect that this system will give us great results. It is working very well.
