Write a ReviewNice guys, windows look great
Very professional and on time.
He is very knowledgeable and friendly! Works quickly! Did a great job!
He was very professional and friendly. He did an amazing job tinting my windows. There is a great improvement with sun protection and the coolness inside my car. I compared some prices and I feel I got a good deal on the job. He did my whole vehicle and I have not seen any issues or flaws. Very good overall. Initially, I was nervous about getting my windows tinted because I had heard bad storied about it, but Steve really took the time to educate me and made sure that I got what I needed.
He is professional, he has skills, and he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him to my friends and he has done some jobs already for a few friends.
Very disappointed in tehnician. We sent photos and measurements as requested showing wreath. He complained about taking it down when he arrived and wanted $25 to take it down When he rehung it the wreath tore the film and Steve had to redo it at a cost charged to us of $35. His ladder had a lot of dirt on it which he left on our floors, scraps of film all over our room including windowsill Steve left used paper towels on windowsill and blowing in our landscaping, drops of water on lower windowsills and floor he never cleaned up. Overall not a technician we would use again.
I provided a conscientious estimate my phone based on photographs sent by the client. It did not show a 70 lb wreath with metal lights hung in the middle of the largest window. At least your husband was aware that I was extremely concerned about my own safety and the lack of anticipation Noir inclusion of cost for taking down and reinstalling such a significant piece that high up on an extension ladder. If the client does not disclose that this is part of the work and is normal to add some charge which I I did not ......however, to my fault I should have left the wreath down and decline installing it because the window film needed time to dry. I felt that it was well understood, and did ask if it was okay to add $35 to cover for material cost only after I how to reinstall the film which was ultimately caused by work that was outside of the bounds of my agreement with client. Frankly I'm quite surprised that this comment was added although it seems to be from the lady of the house who was not present during the arduous and unusual increased degree of work and risk and I was subjected to. I am an excellent communicator and this is a very unusual occurrence I believe that the client did not disclose certain things when I made my estimate. Indeed they had a pristine home and landscape, I may need to look over more carefully next time.
Steve was very professional, interesting and knowledgeable about product. It was installed corrected and comes with a lifetime warranty. We will have him back to tint other windows.
Steve is great people. I really liked him.
