Experienced installers Fast Cleaned project site
I needed to get all of the windows on my house replaced so Vlad came over to do an estimate and talk through the options with me. Our verbal agreement was to replace all windows with the exception of a very large window in the front and one that had just been replaced. The price was much higher than I should have been paying for windows and Vlad was very, uncomfortably pushy. But I was willing to pay for the ease of working with a larger professional company, I was paying for the peace of mind and they had a good financing option. The contract and quote were missing two of the windows that we verbally agreed on without me realizing it. Since I was clearly not going to pay anymore I believe this was on purpose, to then charge me an extra 3k to HAVE to replace the windows that were missed. Months went by and I never heard anything from them until someone scheduled the install. After the install, there was glass all over the beds of one of my tenants and debris everywhere. Wooden framing was taken out of a window well and left in my basement. 3 of the windows were never finished and 4 months later I still have foam around two of my windows. Because two of the windows were missing from the contract, they decided which ones got replaced without contacting me at all. They never replaced a bathroom window which was one of the most important to be replaced. When I contacted Vlad he was willing to charge me an extra ~3k to fix the issues he and his company created. They were running a promotion, buy 2 windows, get one free. I suggested that he could fix his mistake by applying for that promotion and everything would work out in the end but he did not; there was no reason why (other than he wanted to make more money off of me). If it was possible to give no stars I would. Do not ever use this company they are absolutely unprofessional and unethical, and you can get the same quality windows for much less money.
The guys were great
Did a good job. I feel like I got good value. The guys left the house pretty messy with glass still in the carpet.
Jason has been very helpful, patient and willing to work with us on prices. Will use again for future projects.
Peter and the entire Lifetime family did a wonderful job from the initial presentation to the installation of our new windows. Peter took his time showing us the different windows. Never any pressure. Once we decided on the Preservation windows scheduled. The installers were pleasant and installed the windows with care. The installers did a good job cleaning up the scraps after installation. They inspected their work after installation to make sure the installation was completed to their high standards. All in all it was a fantastic experience dealing with Lifetime Windows and siding. The Windows work and look great! Excellent Job! Thanks!
Very happy with our new windows. The installation was particularly excellent--good clean-up, professional service, with little time. I wish the windows were cheaper, but these are not more expensive than the competition. I am getting more windows installed from Lifetime thanks to their good work.
Prompt, professional. Quality product. Following through and follow up was excellent. Responded to my entering my information into Servicemagic within 2 minutes. They made a good presentation and made good recommendations. I had a proposal from them within 24 hours of meeting with them. Product and installation was everything they promised. They provided me with samples and lots of references to contact.
Peter and his crew were just great. Good communication from Peter, his office, and the workers throughout the project. Peter was the only contractor of five that I enlisted with Service Magic that said I should have a permit for my windows from the city of Arvada. All the others said it was not necessary. Peter mentioned the cost was minimal to do this, but it gave me an extra layer of security that they did the project right. Anymore, if you don't pull a city municipality permit for your project it could come back later as a nightmare when you go to sell the home. The new buyers will require that you document this. D.
