Since I had work done at my own home by them, I hired Lifeway Construction to work on my daughter’s house to repair soffit and fascia and repair some gaps by garage trim where the foundation had created some issues, Rather than worst case what I thought might have to be torn out and replaced, they were able to fill and caulk around that garage trim. They are honest and punctual, always give an estimate before work begins and they worked with us on our crazy schedule. They are meticulous and they ask before they do something that we may not have even noticed, but is for sure an improvement. A light fixture in the soffit of this house was in the way of the storm door opening outward, and they were able to move that over when they were already going to replace the soffit. I was so excited about that. It looks amazing. Added trim where fireplace Chimney meets the soffit, for continuity. 5 Stars my friends!

I needed reconstruction of a cupola over my garage. Lifeway Construction did a beautiful job. It’s much more sturdy and attractive than the original cupola! They show up on time, do very professional work, and clean up when the project is complete. I’m so happy with the finished work!

Very prompt. Will give you the estimate and usually a very good price for the project I have used them over the years for the good quality job and for the very reasonable cost of the project. He will also do little things that needs to be fixed in the house like adjusting doors, installing hardwares as an extra job with no cost . Highly recommend the husband and wife team and now with assistance from his very capable son.

First, five stars is not enough to give this company. They're quality. Work is absolutely outstanding. I use them to do my bathroom several years ago and I went back home to do my deck because I knew they did he quality work. I had a special project for them this time and it was a builder ramp for my wife to go outside on the deck and into the garage. The ramps were made of metal and screwed into the foundation. There absolutely a hundred times better than what I expected. The ramps will last a lifetime now not some rinky dink submit that some people get. They are good people and you quality work. They deserve more than five stars, more like 10.

Was able to complete the project very quickly and quality workmanship. Used quality materials, worked very clean during the project and cleaned up everything after they were finished. Easy to work with and understanding what I wanted done and was expected in the work being done.

Most dependable repair folks we've ever dealt with. They replaced six rotted 4x8 hardee board sections of siding, adjusted two entry doors, re-hung storm door, painted entire house and trim and left the area spotless.

Back in March of this year, Lifeway Construction replaced all of my siding. They used hardy board, and gave me a more modern look. They placed a water barrier board behind. I am extremely pleased with the look of the house and the workmanship. They upgraded several things I needed and added a few details. They were honest, their pricing was good, easy to work with, cleaned up every evening and kept me informed. Even though materials went up, they stood by their original quote. I highly recommend them.
