Very well done from the time the owner of the business came to my door to the quote, very professional and it took about 2 weeks but was on time, had the answers to the problem and it was done the way I wanted it done.

They were here on time and completed the project as agreed. They lifted the portions of the slab that were sunken and filled in all the cracks. Highly recommend!

This business did a phenomenal job raising my pool concrete decking 1 1/4 inches to a flush surface. They were very courteous, professional and explained their process as they went along to ensure I understood what they were going to do and how it would be transformed. Definitely my go to guys for all concrete lifting jobs.

Did excellent work and good customer service.

I was given a timely estimate that included pictures of work to be done. The crew arrived on time and went to work. They explained the process while they discussed how to do the job. They raised the steps and adjusted several trip points on the sidewalk. When finished they cleaned up and discussed the project with us. Well done!

Excellent work from start of project to the end. Initial consultation was friendly and courteous and professional. I was provided quote and scheduled appointment on that day. As business dictates the project was scheduled for today. I received multiple appointment reminders and was advised expected time of arrival. Crew was on time and proceeded to go to work. After an hour and a few minutes the crew finished my project. I’m completely blown away as my sidewalk has not looked this good since I first moved in. The work is outstanding and I would recommend to anyone needing concrete work. After the crew finished they cleaned everything backup to its pre-work status. I’m truly amazed and thankful to Lift it Rite. Truly a great small business company to get behind and support!

Great service and feedback

The owner came out personally to give me an estimate and not one over the phone as I had with another company that home advisor sent a number for doing my search on this project. Explained in detail what they were planning to do to fix the problem on my sidewalk. The estimate was reasonable well below what I received from a service I saw on a commercial on TV but it was the customer service aspect that sold me. They showed up on time (both owners came out) and leveled my sidewalk to perfection. I highly recommend their service they do great work.

We received a competitive quote and they explained the process in detail. One of the owners was with the crew when they arrived (on time and as scheduled) and supervised the entire project. The work was done professionally and they cleaned up everything when the project was completed.

Matt, who is a co-owner, came out to quote the job and explained everything in great detail. He was very friendly and gave me a great price compared to the other 2 national companies I had come out for a quote. I felt good at giving the job to a local company and they did a fabulous job. They did the job quickly which, I greatly appreciated so we could close our pool and I would highly recommend them.

Lift It Rite is a local Gainesville Georgia company. This was a professional job, from the estimate to scheduling the job, to completion. They showed up on time and ready to work. Both owners came out. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. I had about a 20-foot section of decking that had sunken below the level of the adjacent concrete. The drop ranged from 1/4 in. in some areas to over 1 inch in one 3 foot section. A serious tripping/fall hazard. They swept up all the concrete dust from the holes they bored that was possible to get. Pumped the foam and raised each area back to the level of the adjacent concrete, cleaning up the foam debris as they went. After raising the concrete, they took a concrete saw and cut the jagged concrete along the original joint line to produce a smooth line. Then they filled that area with a liquid foam like a backer bar, pushed it down into the joint line then smoothed it with a wire wheel once it had dried(One of the other service providers charged an additional fee to seal the joint line). Finally, they sealed the holes they had drilled and did a final cleanup. They did this in 2 hours! And that includes setting up the equipment and putting it all back in the truck. And the price was the most reasonable of the three companies I got estimates from. I will use Lift It Rite if I ever need concrete raised in the future. And I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

This company is FABULOUS. I could not be more pleased with the work they did for me. Several concrete lift projects. I was amazed when they finished. Very professional, very prompt, very affordable. I am so pleased that I have already recommended them to one of my clients. The good thing is that the actual owners do the work so they make sure it is done to perfection.
