I?ll start by saying I know Lifted is a brand new business trying to get off the ground. I hired Lifted through Angi?s List as my 1st cleaning experience. They were ~30minutes late to arrival, but did call to notify me they would be late. Two people came and were very nice, took 4hrs+ to deep clean about 800sqft. They did a great job but when it came time to pay, I was originally quoted $200 but the gentlemen/owner said $250 because he couldn?t remember what he told me. I thought ok fine they were at my house a long time, so I was trying to be generous and gave him $300 cash. I was hoping if I tipped them, they would know I appreciate their work and want to be taken care of in the next visit and beyond for a long term partnership. Before they left, we scheduled their next visit to clean. The week of my scheduled visit, I texted them saying I needed to move my appointment due to a new schedule conflict. I never received a text back and they never showed up for the scheduled time.

They were very nice, professional and thorough. The fact that they helped with the junk that was left in the house ranked an A+. It was a deep clean of my OLDER home that I'd lived in for 35 yrs. I would hire them again!

I DID AN ONLINE INQUYIRY FOR JUNK/MATERIAL REMOVAL. WITHIN ABOUT 15 MINIUTES I RECEIVED A CALL FROM LIFTED. I EXPLAINED WHAT I HAD AND WAS GIVEN A VERY REASONALBEL QUOTE. IN LESS THAT 2 HRS, AFTER A 40 MILE DRIVE, THEY ARRIVED. ALL ITEMS WERE LOADED UP AND HAULED AWAY AS I HAD ASKED. THESE GUYS ARE FAST EFFICIENT, AND I DO RECOMMEND THEM. I STILL AM AMAZED AT THE SPEED THIS JOB WAS DONE. MY HAT IS OFF TO THEM!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the service. They were very communicative and they worked with me on scheduling quickly as well. The team came in and took a quick survey of the situation and got right to work. They were able to get the apartment looking it's best. I would highly recommend their services to any of my friends and I will definitely use them in the future for regular cleaning as well.
