For starters, we agreed upon daily rate and he starts the job without my knowledge. I just wonder what I would have been charged had someone else not informed me that he was working on my property. He used one of the least efficient pieces of equipment for the job, meaning more time spent on the job. Less than 3 acres to clear, no really large trees, took over 5+days... so he said. He piled debris up and never returned to remove it as we agreed. I paid him, trusting that he would return to complete the job, but nope... he wouldn't answer my calls or text messages.
