These guys are great. I had an electrical problem that they tried ti find for over 4 hours over 2 days. Although they did not find the problem, they did not charge me a penny. They were very professional. I would hire them again.

I had a massive light install (roughly 13 lights) of varying types and difficulties of installation and LightRay's Electric was not only extremely professional in their installation but also extremely reasonable and even generous in their pricing and got the job done promptly. 10/10, would hire again for any sort of electrical work.

Stetson and his co worker were very transparent before they began work in providing info on what they were going to do and pricing. I had a diagnostic on the issue and they resolved the it quickly once they began. They did not charge an additional travel fee. It was included in the diagnostic fee. Will use them again.

I was charged $197 to have evaluation on a couple of problems; The dimmer switch was functioning before they came and not working when they left. They determined that I probably needed a new doorbell chimer and they would come back for another additional 125 dollars to install it. They would not be able to come out until the following Friday, that was my understanding. They left, and shortly thereafter I realized that the kitchen light was not working. I contacted them the Thursday before coming out and they stated they were on a job, but according to them the appt was scheduled for Monday, and I informed them that would not work. They stated they would contact me later. I reminded them that when I take off early from work I need to make sure that my patients are covered. They reminded me they only work from 0700-1500. I was willing to make sure I would have help at work, that would allow me to leave early. I even stated I would go to work at 0400, see my patients at the hospital and then meet up with them. I was told that maybe I needed to find someone else. They did not contact me to discuss the appointment. On Friday, I texted them and let them know that I already had invested 197 dollars and that I would like to set up an appt. I have family visiting at end of next week, I have no kitchen light switch that works, the door bell doesn't work and I was going to talk with them about rewiring project to prevent problems for kitchen switch.

They were knowledgeable and friendly did a great job

The thermostat I hired them to install had a broken part that we did not find until the installation bwas almost complete. They reinstalled the old unit so I could bhave air-conditioning and offered to come back and install the new one free of charge when I got back a replacement for the broken part.

Both Raymond and Stetson were polite , professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. They arrived on time and returned my calls promptly. They left their work area cleaner than they found it. They went out of their way to explain all the relevant details of work completed. I happily recommend them.
