Lightcap and son's did an excellent job with the extention of my driveway. Very professional.

We had them pour a slab with footer for a small storage building at my parents home in April 2020. Chris came out to look at the job, and within two days we received a professional looking computer printed quote in the mail. We were able to include a copy of this quote in with our building permit application. Once we got the permit, again, within two days they started the work. First day was the dig-out, second day the complete pour, including imbedding the galvanized bolts for the stud walls, which I really appreciated them doing, and third day they came back and sawed the expansion joints. I had an older gentleman who's worked in construction for decades help me frame up the building. On three separate occasions, he remarked how nice a job they did on the concrete. Chris and the crew also carefully measured the distance off of my parent's house foundation to the edge of the new building, to make sure that the new building would be positioned perfectly parallel with the foundation of their house exactly 20 feet away. Our building is finished now, and it turned out great, thanks in large part to a very level, and precise concrete slab. I highly recommend Lightcap & Sons Concrete.

Chris Lightcap responded to my request to pour a concrete floor in a small barn. The quote was significantly lower than our first quote! The job was completed a short time later and we were very pleased with the quality of work, as well as Chris and his crew! Excellent service and results. I had them pour a foundation for a barn approximately 36 feet x 40 feet. They came out the day after I contacted them to prepare the site. Within a couple of weeks (delayed because of freezing weather), the job was completed. Chris and his team always showed up on time as promised.

The gentlemen who came and did the work were courteous and made sure that they cleaned up the whole area when they were done. I am very pleased with the work they did.
