Mr. Pepperman installed a sprinkler system in my backyard. I found the system was leaking a couple of days after the project was concluded. He advised closing the main system valve and said he would be back to solve the problem. Two months later, several text messages followed, and here we are with the system still leaking.

Do not show up when they say they will do, do not complete the jobs, simply take the money and never come back, scamming senior citizens, cero communication.

Ward took close to $8,000 of our money, started an underground drainage, yard re-sloping, and re-sodding job, and then left. Kept promising that he would come back to finish but and then stopped responding to us. He will not return phone calls or texts. My wife and I are on a fixed income and now cannot afford to put things back to normal in our back yard. I would steer clear of this company and the owner Ward Pepperman as he is a con artist. I filed complaint with BBB but he would not respond to them either. If you use him don't give him any money until the work is complete.

Unprofessional did not complete the job. This was for an installation of an irrigation system and to remedy a drainage issue in my yard. He has been non responsive to numerous emails and texts. Two deposits were paid but he did not complete the work. I would not recommend him.
