This is an amazing father / son team. I had a leak at the base of my toilet that went undiscovered until the wood around the floor was damaged. The toilet was literally sitting sideways. I had the hardest time finding anybody to do the work. I took a chance and went to Home Advisor and put my information in. Tom returned my call right away and scheduled a time to come and look at the job that needed to be done. I had a quote for the work that evening and the price was what I considered reasonable, especially for the work that needed to be done. They replaced the old flooring, installed a new toilet, and put down fresh linoleum. They did a beautiful job and had it complete in no time flat! Both gentlemen were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will be hiring them to do more jobs in my home. I highly recommend Lighthouse Construction!

Lighthouse Construction's staff was extremely efficient and professional! Christine was very friendly and helpful on the phone -- and she even got us scheduled the same day! Tom and his son were very courteous and polite when they arrived at our house. They took care of disassembling our treadmill very quickly and professionally. And they even showed us how they did it so we could re-assemble it ourselves and save some money -- which is awesome with all our moving expenses! I respect their integrity -- I don't think many companies today would basically take business away from themselves just to help out their customers. I highly recommend Lighthouse Construction and will use them again if/when the need arises!

we had two outside doors repaired on a emergency basis. the service was exceptional and done professional. The cost was reasonable. Tom was very courteous and I would recommend his Co, to any one.

Tom provided a detailed explanation of the repairs that would be necessary when he gave us the estimate, and a progress report as the repairs were being made. He was prompt, friendly, and did a great job on our door. Although the work may have taken a little longer than he anticipated (he made "tweaks" and adjustments until he was satisfied everything was just right) , he completed the job for the estimated amount and totally cleaned up the area afterward. We would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Lighthouse Construction to others, and are glad we have found someone we will trust for future home repair needs.

Tim Bowman and his Dad did a wonderful quality job on lifting my deck, power washing and painting it. So very pleased with the quality and the rapport with them. Would highly recommend

Tom was very prompt in responding to my request and got to the project 3 days ahead of schedule. The job was done and completed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I would recommened then to anyone.
