Lighthouse Garage Door

Very quick response. No BS! Excellent work fulfilled commitment. Excellent communication and very satisfied.

My mom brain was in full action when I rushed out to get the kids from school, upon being in a hurry I backed out my garage while the automatic door was still going up and hit it. On my way to pick up my kids from school I called Lighthouse Garage Door and spoke with Adam, by the time I was home from getting my kids Adam was working on my door and done. Talk about convenience! My husband came home from work very thankful he didn’t have another job to do. Thanks Adam for saving the day!!

Adam ordered the wrong size and color door for my home; they finished late at night so I could not see the total wrong color but did see the fit and installation was way off. the door jumps and is noisy opening like its grinding now that they had to come back and build out my opening with wood almost 3'' total , 1 1/2'' on one side 1'' on the other. This is a brick and stone house to fill the gaps like this is not right. adam said its the exact style door I ordered, yet its not the color is just a play on words. its a wayne dalton door and they were no help either. the order specified a tan door, but wayne dalton of solon or adam put in a sandstone door without even checking with me, if I was asked or told they didn't have the tan color in the last 2 pics he showed me, I would had gone with the almond color they do have. there are still gaps in the trim molding that the installer told me caulk might be required ,what?really! i'm going to have to call better business.

My parents needed an updated door and opened. Adam personally came out a gave the quote. From the moment I meet him I knew I selected the right company. He was very respectful. The installers were just as nice and spent enough time with my parents ensuring everything worked properly and that they understood how everything worked. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Outstanding service handled the situation quickly and efficiently, and pricing was amazing. I would definitely recommend !

Excellent service and quality work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. As an owner of a small company myself, I know how hard the grind is. Adam could not have done anything more to floor me. His professionalism, the installers professionalism, everything was perfect. My door is amazing. The crew that installed it was amazing. They cleaned up as if it was their own. Even played with my dogs when they had to come look at it. I will never look for another garage door company for repair or new door. Great job.

Love the new door. Friendly and quick service and installation.

Calling Lighthouse Garage Doors for my garage door repair was a really great choice and a really great experience. I contacted Adam at 10:30am and my door was expertly repaired by 12:30pm, same day! He was friendly, efficient and he was able to save me time and money and I'm truly thankful. He told me I didn't need a new door yet, but I wouldn't call anyone else when the time comes! I couldn't be more impressed with the service, and the price! Thank you Adam! I strongly recommend calling Adam for whatever your garage door needs are! 216-339-4554 🎉

Needed a garage door like Now Adam got it done the day after Thank you Quality Service and Value I recommend

I called Adam because my garage door was broken and my car was in the garage and I needed to get it out. This was right after a big storm in our area. Within an hour he was out and the door was fixed. I know a lot of that had to do with timing, but I was so very grateful and pleased with his service. Would definitely recommend.

Adam provides great repair services and superb customer service!

Came out in 30 minutes from the call. Job was done in 30 minutes. Quick, Professional and done right!!

Adam is such a pleasure to meet. Both him and his installer Tylor are actually outstanding compared to what seems to be the expected service these days! At first, I was not keen on replacing my door and thought to just have it fixed, but I am so glad I took Adam's advice! My new door is beautiful, well made, perfectly installed, and seems it will last for many years! They did a great job, great cleanup, and great service!ð

Adam was quick to respond and we scheduled right away. Based on my info he had a good idea of what was causing the problem. He was courteous, on time and very well priced. Thanks again Adam

Outstanding. Highly recommend.

Timely. Amazing prices. Extremely knowledgeable! Adam truly saved the day after my husband gave our garage door a love tap right before the Christmas holidays. I called Adam and that same day he was able to come out and absolutely fix my problem so that my garage door is functional going into the holidays and Winter months. On top of that his prices are absolutely competitive and I felt confident right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend him to anybody who needs a new garage door or needs their garage door repaired!

Rest assured, he's not going to perform any service(s) that are not necessary, which is a savings in itself. His fair pricing correlates with the service provided, and his knowledge of the service he provides is excellent.

Quick, professional and no hidden charges. I would definitely hire him again

After being told by another company that I would have to wait two days for someone to come out, I called him at 9:30am and he was at my house within an hour. He replaced my garage door spring at a reasonable price and was very friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Friendly skillful service

He is polite, very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job. He even show me how to maintain my garage door. I would certainly patronize him.
