Made the mistake of hiring these lowlifes. While at the lawyers office to sign papers which was unusually long time to come to our new home packed to the teeth with garbage. All neatly boxed though. This was garbage from other homes obviously. Took me over six months all that GARBAGE! Old roller shades all 72" long about 50 of them crammed under shelves in garage along with boxes on top of boxes filled with refuse. They even took time to stuff envolopes into larger envolopes into boxes. ALL GARBAGE and I had to listen to my wife cry about being treated so badly in our new home. My name is Michael Chase and I live at 28 Spring Rd. in Griswold ct. and if me putting my name on this isnt enough of my truth for you to believe pick up the and call these dirtbags. Im not done with these pieces of shit.

It turns out that he did not inspect many things. He said the drains were running slow, but did not run them long enough. Had to hire a plumber to come in and REPLACE pipes! I could not use the bathtub nor either sink for almost a week. Also, he pointed out missing covers for wire connections, but did not point out several areas where there are spots actually worn through the wiring covering. I hired him because of his good rating, but I am very disappointed...especially after the amount of money I paid!

Daniel was AWESOME. He was early, friendly, thorough, and explained things in terms I could understand. Dan is worth every penny and I would recommend him a thousand times over.

He was totally worth the money. Came earlier than appointment time, got right to the job. Explained everything about the house in a way anyone could understand and showed the issues at the same time. Would totally recommend him to anyone.

Dan was excellent. Very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was he available to answer any questions during the inspection. He makes himself available after the inspection for any questions that may come up. Highly recommend Dan.

Daniel was very responsive right from the beginning. He explained what would be involved with my inspection, what it would cover and what it wouldn't. There were no hidden fees. I felt like he was working on behalf, being cautious but not overly zealous. Daniel provided my inspection reports right on time, spoke with my agent. made himself available. My only sort of negative is I felt he was a little on the pricier side, not the most expensive quote I received but a little higher then others.

Daniel was excellent! Real professional in his contacts, work, and timeliness Of reports, but also personable and broke things down in a way that was easily understood. Really appreciated his extra tips to make the home more energy efficient as well as other simple improvements. Pleasure to work with, worked well with other inspectors on site, would highly recommend Daniel and Lighthouse inspections for your home inspection!

Dan is absolutely amazing. He called me on Thanksgiving morning to schedule my home inspection. He completed the inspection with myself, my contractor, my realtor, and with my roofer's report. He managed to field a hundred (if not more) questions from us. His perfectly documented report allowed for us to get a large credit at closing to fix the minor issues. He traveled all the way to Southbury, was on time, he was brilliant, easy to talk to, relayed all of the information in a language I could understand, his inspection was beyond thorough. He completed the well test too! This guy is wonderful.
