Lighthouse Landscape

Pretty good overall. It took longer than expected to start the project and get their team on site, but once they were on site everything went smoothly. I'd definitely use them again for future work.

Responsive to requests, and finished the job on time; left the job site pristine.

While I had a little trouble getting them to come to do the job, they were efficient, hard-working and pleasant when they did finally arrive. Russell is knowledgeable and accommodating and even cut down some bushes for my neighbor who asked for his advice. I will hire them again.

The service was excellent and fast

Thy came right away with an itemized estimate and began the work in the time frame that we wanted. They workers were very capable and did a very nice job. We are very pleased with the overall job and will look to hire them for other projects.

The crew did an excellent job, working in a very tight space close to our house. I would hire them again.

Courteous. Did exactly what they said they would do. Were very accommodating with a last minute request.

The quality of work completed was good given the amount of snow. Timing of work completed was not consistent. I was never quite sure if they were coming back to complete another round and many times I ended up having to shovel my own walkway and steps. And, then they would show up at 7PM (too late). Workers were a little unclear as to what was included in our snow removal contract. Sometimes not all the work was completed. My guess is that any snow removal company would have had similar issues based on the volume and frequency of snow this past year.

Poor record keeping. Not a good choice for a lawn mowing contract. If you do hire them, make sure you note how many times they mow your lawn each month. Often times they dont turn up but bill you for it.

They came on time and delivered exactly what they promised.

I was very impressed with the service - timely and professional. I will definitely consider using them again.

Not a good experience.

I thought they did a great job with the snow removal, but not one guy on the crew spoke English so we could not communicate. Ultimately, the job was done to my satisfaction, but it would have given me some more confidence in them if we could communicate just a little bit.

I needed to go to a doctors appointment so they came fast and did a wonderful job. I'll definitely call them during our next snow storm.

The team that came to my house seem to be professional. They came in a timely manner. However, there were two problems. 1. They did not clear the snow well in front of the two garage doors making it very difficult to back up the car straight. I have to watch out very carefully for the sides. This makes it all the more of a problem as my driveway is a little steep and curved 2. They did not completely clear the entrance to the driveway from the street resulting in a 8-10" of hard snow. This makes it very difficult to turn into my driveway, or get out into the street. I left a message about this yesterday, but did not receive any response yet

These guys were first rate. Polite, punctual, detail oriented and efficient best of all. They were at my home within 2 hours of me calling and had finished the job 2 hours after starting. They even offered to bill me rather than having to pay them all at once!

good service.

Attentive to my needs and provided services in a timely fashion

I had to find a snow removal company to replace the one that had plowed my driveway for the past 12 years but never showed up to plow after the recent blizzard! After research and calls to other companies, I talked to the owner Russell and decided to hire them to plow my large circular driveway. His 2 men showed up within the promised 11/2 timeframe, were very corteous, asked for guidelines on where to plow, and did a pretty good job maneuvering their way around the driveway considering all they could see was white! I plan on having them come on a recurring basis, and will be considering them as my replacement yard maintenance crew next yr

We had our first snowstorm that required snowplow services. Lighthouse Landscape got to our property early in the morning and were extremely thorough and did a professional job. They did return later in the day to clean up again. Great job.

They were great. quick response, on time.

They were very efficient and relatively inexpensive.

Excellent service and prompt return of phone calls.

They did a good job for removing the snow, promptly repond to our request, we are happy with their work.
