Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

The Heat Pump unit is installed and functioning well. Alittle trouble with the installation. Weather was one problem and not understanding the install instructions of one team member when team leader was delayed getting to work site. One phone calll to company was all that was needed and problem was retified and visits by company reps to assure all was progressing. Took 2 1/2 days to install, weather being the biggest holdup.

I needed a complete HVAC system in an older home that had never had Central heat or air. After interviewing three separate companies I went with Lighthouse. They offered the same if not better quality units for much less. They took great care not to mess up the carpets and surrounding areas which was very hard in this home as its so small. The job proved to be much more work than they had originally anticipated, lasting 6 full days which included a full Saturday, but the cost was never passed on to me. The guys were all courteous, friendly and knew their stuff. Would definitely recommend them for quality work and a fair price. Excellent Work
