We used them last year and they were good! Communication wasn't great and so our original design idea was not what they had in mind. After going back and forth we finally agreed and I will say the install was great after all we went through. HOWEVER!!!! a year later, we had a problem (NOT DOOR RELATED but in our bathroom) so we needed them to remove and then reinstall the doors. They charged us one price ($380) to remove the doors that was finally told to me over the phone the DAY before AND it HAD to be cash! THEN - a week and a half later - I called to get them re installed (mind you holes were already drilled and doors were already in my closet waiting to be hung) they told me the MORNING they showed up that it was going to cost me DOUBLE! - $850 + tax if I paid cash and 950 if i charged it! I obviously didn't have enough cash because NO ONE called to tell me that it was going to cost that much! I felt completely ripped off because I was STUCK! they knew I had to get them reinstalled so they charged me DOUBLE!!!!

With supply issues all over it took longer then they wanted to complete our project. They kept us informed and worked diligently to complete our custom door !

Mary's courteous & helpful nature combined with Dan's expert advice and precision in measuring (for ex. contractor thought only slider was an option but Dan assured us that a shower door was another way to go) made for a wonderful experience. The installation crew was personable and professional. Overall, Lighthouse was great! Feel at ease to put everything in their hands - they know what they are doing and are worthy of your trust. For young business owners, they have an old-time honest business approach. Quite likeable and highly recommended!

From the estimate to the measuring to the installation I was so happy with my experience with them. I had a odd shaped shower which lighthouse replaced my existing enclosure with a beautiful frameless shower. The installer was fantastic and the installation was done beautifully.

Dan, the Owner, measured and gave us ideas for the doors. Mary followed up with the phone call scheduling delivery and installation ahead of time. Danny and Chris, the installers were extremely neat and pleasant to deal with. Danny took the time to fully explain that the doors could swing both ways and demonstrated until we were totally satisfied. We will make it a point to HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone we know who are looking into shower door installation or repair.

Dan came measured and explained in simple terms my options and how it Will look. He told me how long it would be and he was right on schedule. Daniel came to our home the same day I called and looked at our two bathrooms for new custom shower doors. He gave us a very good rate as we were doing two at the same time. He was very pleasant and professional. His office followed up with us when the doors were being built and to schedule an installation date. The workman who installed were kind to call 30 mins prior to arrival and were very professional and clean while installing the doors.
