Ceiling Fan - Install
Bryson was my technical he was very polite and courteous. He uninstalled my old fan and installed mu nee fan. The job was excellent and very clean who hire him again for any of my electrical needs. Very happy with the work he did.

Bryson replaced a circuit breaker that was tripping often and checked all the receptacles on the line. He seemed very professional and I am glad I chose to use lightning bug electric.

Lighting Bug Electric provides excellent customer service and support. I had a kitchen outlet that was not working. Steve and his Apprentice came out and solved the problem by troubleshooting the circuit. In addition, I also had a burned out GFCI Outlet that they replaced. The two technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to use Lighting Bug Electric again.

Bath Exhaust Fan Installation
Daniel came out yesterday to asses the situation. I was provided 3 options in fixing the broken exhaust fan I had. I went with buying the exhaust fan at Home Depot and have install it. I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. Daniel and Hunter came out this morning to replace both fans. Took then less than 2 hours to finish the job. They vacuumed and clean up as well. They both showed the the functioning new fans. They did good work!

I had a bathroom ceiling light replaced as well as a hallway light replaced on the stairs. Both Bryson and Christian were on time, courteous, informative as they took time to explain the differences in pole switches.

Leyton was fantastic. Arrived right on time(and scheduling was very easy and convenient- got my exact day and time I wanted.) He saw exactly what I needed for installing a ceiling fan, and it looks, and works perfectly. The price was more than fair. Second experience with LBE, and again, 5 stars!

Chris who was dispatched to determine the root cause of my issue was very conclusive in his investigation. He walked me through each step as he investigated my issues. It was not only detailed but educational to learn what he had investigated. He provided me three options, from the immediate root cause to the possible issues that could occur in the future. I went with the second choice and I felt know pressure from Chris on which decision to make. I appreciated Chris expertise and would highly recommend him and Lighting Bug Electric.

Customer for life. Thanks Leo and Jeremy! I was literally quoted $14k-$51k for a whole house job from LBE's competitor after an inspection because 1-2 outlets weren't working. Leo and Jeremy were in and out in under 30 minutes, fixed the issue, explained the cause and how to avoid it in the future, and great recommendations for how to protect and maintain the house. And, of course, the price was very reasonable.

Company sends two technicians to fix every issue, even minor ones, and passes that cost onto you. I was charged almost $250 (just to diagnose why one outlet wasn’t working), which took less than 30 minutes. Most expensive electrical company! Worsened by the fact that neither the manager nor the owner has had the courtesy to respond to the multiple inquiries I have submitted. I wouldn’t use them again.

We needed to have our electrical service updated. Taylor came and did a great job. He also was able to replace two smoke detectors that had reached their expiration date. He was professional, competent and courteous. I would highly recommend him as well as this firm.

I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. He looked everything over, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and made sound recommendations. I was very impressed with Leo and felt comfortable with the quote and his abilities. This wasn't our first transfere switch intall. I wanted Leo to do the install so I set up an appointment for install with him on the spot for the following week. Leo and Michael came out to do the install. Again the office called to let me know the were on thier way and would be arriving in about 35-40 minutes. I sat my Alexa for a reminder, they were exactly on time. The install was fast and efficient. Very little loss of power (inconvenience to me). Afterwards, Leo walked me through the operating process and again patiently answered all my questions. Michael whom Im assuming was his assistant was very pleasant and personable. Both were people you felt you could trust. They felt like *family doing the job, you knew you were in good hands. *Just FYI , my dad (who has passed) was a licensed electrician and had his own business. We were spoiled if we needed any electrical work, dad would do it. You know he was thorough. Im not an electrician but just growing up in the environment its easy to spot electricians that are sincere, knowledgeable, thorough and care. I highly recommend Leo and Lighting bug electric.
