I needed a new hot water heater, Brian came out and replaced it same day I called. He was very professional and was in and out in a timely manner. Definitely recommend him. Great work. Thank you Brian!

Brian was polite, pleasant and professional. The intitial pricing seemed fair. II found out that he was an apprentice. i had called around to get some pricing and the master plumbers charged about the same. We asked him to remove the fixtures in preparation for our countertop install. I did not realize till after he left that he did not remove our water purifier spicket and left some of the parts in the sink. He came back to reinstalll the faucets and ended taking him about 7-8 hrs. My husband did want him to something extra and Brian accidentally cut a tubing so he ended up having to go to the store to get supplies twice. We appreciated he was willing to do the additional work but in restrospect, our confidence level was decreasing. My daughter could tell he was frustrated. I was working late in the night in the dining room when I heard a loud sound from the kitchen sink. I saw water coming out of the cabinet. I opened the door to find one of the connectors came apart and waster was gushing all over. We shut off the water and left Brian a message. Thankfully, he was able to come the next morning to make the repair, updated: Noticed pool of water under the sink. husband said nut was not tightened. It was an easy fix but husband wanted to make sure to let Brian know to double check his work.

Brian is a really nice guy. He was very professional. He did have to come back and fix a small leak but he did show up immediately after I called him. I am going to hire him again when I get my bathroom renovated.

Brian replaced my outdoor faucet. He was prompt and polite.
