They were professional and quickly solved my problem. Owner came by to review the work and the service technicians were skilled and knew just what to do to solve our problem. Highly recommend this company. Plan to call on them for other home issues.

Randy was great in communicating, as were Peter (really cool guy and very polite), Dylan, Jeremy, and mostly everyone I met. Randy managed to get me scheduled in quickly and offered a very competitive price. I felt that the quality of the cleaning was subpar, I'm still cleaning soot, but I understand that it was also a tight deadline and a lot of work (I was staying in a hotel nearby and having family over in a few weeks, so they did it to accommodate me). There were some issues we ran into that could have been avoided with better planning and more caution on their part. Also feel that there were some liability concerns and blame being passed around, which felt unprofessional. Over all though, I'd still recommend them as they were fast, accommodating, affordable, and easy to communicate with.

The team was expedient and knowledgable. All options were on the table and clear from the get-go, and despite the urgency of our situation, there was no pressure to make fast decisions. We were well-informed from beginning to end.

Nathaniel was very helpful in determining the best way to handle elevated moisture levels in hencrawl space. While others wanted to sell us thousands of dollars of additional work, Lightning Restoration was looking to solve the problem in a common sense approach.

they were good, they informed me of cost on job and kept me informed on when my range hood would be in etc. I would use them again. the cost was reasonable. other ones I called was too high for my budget.
