Lightning Restoration showed extremely poor communication and incompetency in the small, main-level window replacement project we hired them for. They mismeasured our windows and still put them in and tried to cover it up. They left our home untrimmed and unfinished on the inside and out for over 4 months of winter. After countless text messages, emails, and phone calls about our concerns of this project, along with numerous reschedules of project dates, crews showing up unannounced, and crews not showing up when they were suppose to, we sat down with the owner and got a signed release out of our contract giving up on them to finish it ourselves. After getting signed out of our contract, the owner of the company had the nerve to try to push his siding on us.
