Tim did an excellent job in installing and commissioning my new home theater. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make the install as perfect as possible. I couldn't chosen a better company or person to install and commission my new home theater. Rating 5 stars.

I spoke to Tim from Lightning Comm. Over the course of 1 week he called me every day saying that he would be out the following to service my house. I spoke to him on a friday and asked him if it would be possible to come out on saturday or atleast schedule an appointment for monday. He said yes. I never received a phone call from him until monday night at 7pm. He said that he didn't want to call me saturday at 8pm because it was to late to be calling people, yet he wanted to install an antenna on my house at 7-8pm at night, mind you it was dark by 7. He was very sarcastic to me. I'm checking another company that can atleast make apptointments

"We attempted multiple times to meet the customer. The customer moved an evening appointment because he was going out to dinner and could not tell us when he would be back. We also explained that our services for that week were in high demand resulting in only evening appointments being available. We have hundreds of satisfied customers and rave reviews. Our customer service is second to none."

He was excellent - I have never seen such quick, efficent service from a outside contractor. I will defintely recommend Lightning Communications Systems to people who need computer work done.
