Reliable, reasonable and very efficient.. I gave used his services for at least 9 years from simple switches to replacing an electrical box that came off the side of the house after a neighbor's tree fell across electrical lines after a major storm.

Mr. Frank completed work for my mom. Super nice and efficient. Great communicator and his work was superb. Fully recommend him.

Very helpful and efficient

Good work but kinda pricey in my opinion. They charge was $37.50 trip fee (which was not communicated prior to). And then $100 per outlet repair. Although I do understand $100 per outlet, I wasn?t expecting to be charged for an outlet that he don?t actually work on. Work was done in the kitchen a the kitchen only. I asked him to test the outlet in the bathroom and just because he stuck something in the socket (that already had a green light) that was an additional $100. Nice work, got an appointment quickly, but $250 is truly insane.

Clean, professional, and quick work

Serviceman provided a free estimate which has become rare in this area recently. Many service providers are now charging for estimates even though they supposedly would deduct it from your invoice if they are chosen. I think it prevents customers from comparing pricing and also stymies competition.

Frank worked on our older home wiring built in 1942, was knowledgable, explained things as they progressed, fixed jumbled wiring, and installed a ceiling fan and light. He was personable and pleasant. Although we paid the higher price for his expertise, we are grateful for him.

Frank was very good, had to find a piece for our circuit bc they don't make the kind we have, ran got it in St Charles. Frank came back and got it fixed. Very nice genltman . If we have any other trouble he wil be the first to call. I'm recommending him to my son on a couple projects. Price points was good too!!

Frank did exceptional work. We have an older home with some complicated wiring and had a long list of jobs for him, from installing new sockets to replacing fans. Frank's work was done well, he left the work areas as clean as he found them, and made excellent use of the time. My husband and I are certain he did in five hours what would take us at least two weekends. We'll be hiring Lights & Switches again.

Frank arrived 10 minutes early, completed the project in a timely manner, and the total price ended up being less than what he provided a rough estimate for. I was super impressed and will definitely hire this company for all future electrical needs.

A terrific experience all around.

Frank was completely professional in every way! He said that he would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 and he arrived at 12:20 on Saturday. He fixed a bad breaker and rearranged other breakers in our box to prevent a similar future problem. After fixing the problem he checked every outlet in our house and every appliance or light to make sure everything was working before he left. He also was working for almost an hour and a half, but was just going to charge me for 1 hour! He is excellent and I would highly recommend this man!
