My remote control was defective( the dog chewed it !) He installed a new unit which solved the problem. He also tested another fan, and told me I had installed the wrong type bulbs. I changed the bulbs and now that dimmer works fine.

Nathan came by the same day I submitted my request and quickly found the problem to my deck lighting. The problem was repaired in less than one hour. He was fast, smart, and technically sharp. I would use them again.

Jim came out and fixed a few outlets and showed me one that had sparks. He did an outstanding job fixing several and I asked about light fixtures (I ordered them) and will have the company install them when they arrive. I plan on hiring them for other projects as well since they have a home improvement business. Excellent service, I'm very glad I used them.

Brad was the electrican that came out to the home and did a great job installing a new outlet for a gas stove. After that, he helped me look around the house and offered recommendations for lighting fixtures. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will hire them again in a few more weeks for other jobs for sure!

Mr. Shaffer contacted me promptly after my request (on a Sunday afternoon), we confirmed an appointment time within an hour, and he was at my door (on-time) the day-- the entire process took less than 24 hours, and cost far less than what I had read about the average fan installation price in our area. Project: Ceiling fan install in a family room with 22 ft ceilings. Job was scheduled fast and Jim showed up on time and did an excellent job. I will be using them again to move the light pendant in the eat in kitchen area. Highly recommended.
