The work discussed and agreed upon was not completed thoroughly, and the quality fell far below expectations. Communication was poor throughout the project, and I often had to initiate contact to get updates or answers to questions. As a new customer, I feel overcharged for the level of service received. Many of the weeds that were supposed to be removed are still growing throughout the flower beds, indicating the cleanup was not completed properly. I also paid a deposit for mulch, yet the plastic foundation beneath the beds remains visible in several areas, raising concerns that the full amount of mulch paid for was not applied. For the price charged, I expected better workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a waste of money

It went ok. The grass was longer than I like. It was still up to my ankles when I stepped into it the next day. When the business followed up with me for my next cut, I asked them to cut it shorter and they argued with me about how often and how short to cut my grass. They told me it s the rainy season and it needs to be cut more frequently and they only cut it one length, but we are currently in a water restriction due to lack of rain.
