I had a new seepage pit construction and septic repair that presented some unexpected surprises and challenges. Thankfully I had John and his excellent crew as my contractor. John and his team were great at communication and John was able to troubleshoot and solve all unexpected problems that were found during excavation. He managed troublesome neighbors and has a good understanding and working relationship with my county inspector. Iâ m thankful for John and his company and the job he did, a good experience on a tough job.

They responded to our call within an hour. Extremely polite and considerate. Checked out our problem, gave us a quote, and finished the job quickly.

Cesar and Alex were great. They explained the the process they were taking to clear the toilet. If auger didnâ t work, it would be necessary to remove toilet at a higher charge. Thankfully, the auger worked!. They clean the area before leaving. Yes, I would hire this company again, should the need arise.

They handled every part of the project with professionalism. They performed the work on time and as expected. We could not be more happy with the outcome and decision to hire Lil John. Jesse was the lead tech on the job. Jesse was a pleasure to have on site and we would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided expert workmanship.

The actual guy who came out was extremely nice. I had a leak under my faucet which was fixed after the 2 visits. Then I was wanting to get my garbage disposal replaced and they did it. But, the plug was left in and I had to repeatedly call them to come to see what was going on cause it was shooting out water from the sink all over my countertops. Which by the way cracked the cause of all the water. The owner said if he sent his guy out again and there is not actually a problem I described he would charge me for a full visit. After the worker repeatedly said he took the plug out of the garbage disposal and it is not the issue I had enough so I just gave up. Never run the dishwasher again. Fast forward a long time and I am adding a granny flat addition and I just by chance asked the new plumber can you take a look at this? Sure enough, the plug was still in and it took him 5 minutes to fix it. Ridiculous.

They sceduked called immediately to set up the appt, that day. Thank you. The technician arrived on time, professional, friendly, patience, courteous and thorough. At was his first time draining a water heater and he made sure he did it correctly all steps of the way. Good people.

I felt like it was the classic bait and switch. They showed me the pipe they said was leaking. It will be 800 to fix. Sounded high but I needed it fixed. Took two hours. Next day, still leaking. Oh, it s the other pipe. That ll be another 800. I didn t have them fix it the second time around- not happy. Fortunately the leak stopped. I was really surprised because the guys were really friendly, did a nice job on what they did fix, cleaned up well after they were done and I was planning to use them again were it not for the bait and switch. They should have said from the beginning, you have two leaky pipes and it will be 1600 not here s your leaky pipe and it will be 800 . Anyway I should have gone with Home Advisor s offer for a guaranteed fixed price. Will do that next time.

They took the 350 dollars and did not do the job. Can you get them to reimburse the money?

The service man they sent out did not speak English..he was here about ten minutes..the problem was not solved..I called Lil John's and complained .They said they would send someone else and I never heard from them again!! $40.00 down the drain...Litterally!!

I hired them to clear a clogged drain. My wife paid them but the drin still doesn't work correctly- now they won't return my calls. All I really want to fir them to come do the job they have been paid to do.
