I hired Levi and I signed a contract in June for a re roof, work started in September and my roof is not complete, he never calls when they are going to be here, even asked me for his final payment before they were done, most of the roof is on, have not installed the new skylights, the last time they were here was 2 weeks ago,

The young men who worked on my roof were professional, courteous, and prompt in completing the job. They were quick to follow up on a couple small items. Job was completed just before the flooding rain storm May 16th. The roof passed with flying colors. Two days later 30mph winds didn't even phase it. I'm very impressed and happy with my new roof. The company has been great about working with my homeowners insurance. ð

Excellent communication and customer service. Levi even cleaned my ceiling fan while he was up checking on the newly installed skylights, which I felt went above and beyond! He made sure we were well informed on how to program the automatic blinds in our skylights. I felt he was very professional, uses quality material and definitely doe not oversell! He and his crewman also replaced some pipe flashing and added a couple power mast boots which were completed promptly and cleanly. We will be using their services again to replace our larger skylight. I recommend texting as the best way to communicate.
