Ther service vehicle broke down, Amber called to let me know and also to let me know another service vehicle was on the way to bring the techs to me. When the tech arrived, they were very friendly and knowlegeable and quickly got the work done, they also gave me pieces of the carpeting and told me to save them in case the carpet was damaged, it could be fixed. I would like to thank the techs for a proffessional job and the advice they gave me regarding my carpet. I would definately recommend them to family, friends or any other person looking for carpet repair.

The entire staff was friendly, curteous and professional from start to finish. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and answered any and all of my questions. Although our carpet wasn't able to be stretched (apparently it was installed incorrectly) they did a very thorough job cleaning them and at a reasonable rate. Would definately recommend this company!

Had carpeting cleaned, decided not to stretch.. should have though. Lillard's did a fine job, nothing bad to say about them, cost was reasonable. Removed most of the stains, only few small stains that I knew ahead of time that wouldn't come out. They were professional and courteous.

Prpmpt arrival and service. Called the previous day to confirm the appointment. Provided accurate estimate prior to service. No issue with holding to the estimate after the work was done (even though there were some complications). Cleaned up well after the job.

That was the first time I ever had the ducts cleaned and I was very impressed with Lillard's Carpet Care. They came in and did an assessment of the registers and told me up front how much it would cost. I have two cats and they even waited until my daughter came over to pick up my cats and remove them from the house before they started the work. I would definately use this company again. The were a little late. They were very courteious and efficient. They answered all my questions and went right to work.They cleaned up after themselves and in general were very professional. I took before and after pictures of the return ducts and after pictures of the feed ducts and was pleased with the results. You couldn't eat off of them but the were far better than I expected. Great Job. `

We used Lillard's to clean our vents. They were extremely customer-friendly, including the scheduling person. The 2-man crew arrived a little later than planned but explained the process to me and also did a good job cleaning up around each vent. I would have liked to have known how long it was going to take when they scheduled, and that it would get a little dusty. Other than that, we were very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use this company again.
