Gutierrez Cleaning Service

She was prompt in her response and flexible to make sure we got it done in time before our company arrived.

I have been using them since January 2022, to regularly clean my 1500 square foot condo, with wood floors, windows with wood shutters and a cat! I prefer to be home when they clean, so that makes the coordination a bit complicated. Carolina has been good to deal with, and tries to be responsive. They have a good crew of competent cleaners, and both she and her husband will fill in when needed. She's paid attention to my specific concerns and I am pleased with the quality and thoroughness of their work.

It s so nice to find a cleaning service that is so close to home! I live in Arcadia and I am pretty particular about the way that my space is cleaned! So thankful for all the help that I received from Gutierrez cleaning service! thank you guys enough. Definitely will be using your services again!

Quick response time and friendly service. Carolina is a genuine person who was eager to help us us with our roof and gutters. I will refer him and his staff to anyone needing similar service. Thanks again for your service and I look forward to working with you in the future!

Carolina came today to clean for the 1st time & she was amazing. She deep cleaned the bathrooms & they just shine. And so does my stove & hood - she got all the grease off. She was very pleasant to work with and was able to work around my 3 grandsons, who were off of school. Reasonable prices for the amount of time she worked. I will definitely have her come again. Thank you Carolina and Gutierrez Cleaning Service.

I would give Carolina 10 stars if I could. She was responsive, on time, courteous, thorough and went above and beyond regarding every detail. Thank you Carolina and Gutierrez Cleaning Service.

The owner is very good about listening about what work is needed and communicated that to the workers. Carolina was very professional and was very thorough. She showed up at the agreed upon time which is very important to me. The owner contacted me after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Which I was. I will be using them on a regular basis. Thank you Carolina and Gutierrez Cleaning Service.

Great job on our initial cleaning, we are going to have them come every two weeks. Very happy with the quality of work. Having a little trouble scheduling a time, I assume because they are so busy with other clients. Thank you Carolina and Gutierrez Cleaning Service.

They cleaned 3x for me. 1st time they did a good job, 2nd time was horrible! They agreed to give me $50 off the next cleaning service, so I agreed to allow them back. 3rd time was terrible. Not using them again. After initially meeting with Caroline I was so hopeful. Caroline did not once come to my home after the initial consultation, and yet she never told me her husband would be the one to supervise. Her husband came the 1st time and the last time, and he was not cordial. The 2nd time he came, I had to leave (our nanny was here) and he left as soon as I left and never returned. He was clearly frustrated at me pointing out that my counters were not clean, shower door was not clean and the stainless steel appliances were not clean. They brought in a giant rolling bucket that was rolled from outside (rocks and all). It was rolled across our entire house of hardwood floors, and they used PINESOL on my hardwood, I paid for and supplied Bona for them to use, and they completely ignored it. Needless to say, I will not use them again. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews. I just want to inform others because we pay a lot of $ with the expectation of a job well done. I think it s so wrong that they practically run through the house without regard to detail, so they can get to the next job.

On time, thorough. Good job

I was extremely unsatisfied with this company. After they left, I checked and noticed that the place is not clean. I was really dismayed. What they did they used the same cloth and cleaning broom, etc from the previous house they went to clean. I even noticed some bugs they left behind that fell from their broom. I wasted my money and had to pay another cleaning person to clean my place. I will definitely report the case to Consumer Protection Agency.

They are very professional, punctual and thorough.

They did not fully clean and charged more than they should have.

They are professional, efficient and friendly. They did an excellent job

Carolina was wonderful to work with and very accommodating!! She is very easy to contact and appreciate the consistency of communication she provides when booking and confirming an appt. Carolina and her team work very efficiently and felt the work they delivered was well done and would definitely recommend them!

I loved Carolina and her team. They were very quick but did a great job. I work from home and they were very respectful of that. She even dealt with my unruly dogs.

They did the job to quickly, over promised and did come through with promised items that were to be completed.
