My family and I purchased a home in westchester county and even though it was move in ready we wanted to make a bunch of home improvements. SMK Construction helped us with every little thing! They helped us build an addition on the ground floor so we could put a home office, which came out exactly how we wanted. They also helped us fix the garage which needed some work done inside. Those were the main projects but these guys also painted almost the whole house as we wanted to make it more â modernâ feeling. They did everything so efficiently and made sure everything was 100% prior to finishing our projects. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them in the future.

I had Tim & his team at SMK Limitless Construction come to a major renovation in my home. I had 2 small bedrooms downstairs along with a bathroom & walk in closet. SMK helped me transform the space like no other. They knocked down the wall between the bedrooms and made it one large bedroom and also knocked down the wall that was separating one of the rooms and the wall in closet. Now I have a bedroom double the size with closet space I could have never imaged. In addition they also redid my entire bathroom - new tiles, shower with a bath, vanity, etc. If I didnâ  t see the whole thing myself I would think it was a completely different house. This team made all my thoughts come to life and I donâ  t trust any other group with my home other than them!

I’ve used Tim for years for a number of different projects around my house. He always is very responsive and reasonably priced. Throughout all of the different home improvement projects Tim has done for me I’ve never once had any issues or been dissatisfied. I will continue to use them in the future and you should all do the same!

I have used Tim & his great team for two projects - one garage addition and a kitchen renovation. Both projects were done with ample time. The garage gives us more than enough extra space that we needed in our home and just pulls the house together. The kitchen was a full renovation, SMK Construction was the best team to ask for the job in my opinion! From cabinetry to tiling, even ensuring our appliances were working 100% after the remodel was complete. We could not be happier in our kitchen after the work they did! Will continue to use and recommend SMK in the future.

I needed a complete bathroom renovation and I could not be happier with the job SMK Limitless Construction did. They were extremely professional and helped me choose the layout I wanted and helped me stay within my budget as well. Everything came out exactly how we wanted. SMK did the flooring throughout my whole home, upstairs and downstairs. They ripped up the old flooring and put down new flooring in 10+ rooms and each room came out perfect. They were very clean and efficient. I was unsure what type of flooring was best for my home but Tim & his team were able to help me through the whole process from start to finish in a timely matter. Will use them for every home improvement project I have!
