Quite frankly, I need more STARS to issue to this company!! I have managed both commercial and residential renovations previously and my husband and I cannot recommend Limitless Renovations high enough for anyone considering a renovation to their home...From the moment the owner, Lance, called to introduce himself/the company and to then LISTEN to my description of what needed to take place at our home to then having our initial meeting and/or engaging with everyone from billing, to customer service, to project management to on-site construction management...we could NOT be happier with our "new" master bathroom. The on-site contractor assigned to our project, Doug Puentes, is an expert craftsman and a professional who obviously takes great pride in his work as well as showing immense respect, care and concern for those he comes into contact with. My husband and I are still in awe of the work performed at our home and can't thank the Limitless Renovation team enough for making what is usually a very arduous process for all concerned, one where we feel we have made friends for life. Call them, talk to them, let them hold your hand through the design process, welcome these folks into your home...you will not be disappointed!!!

Limitless Renovations did an amazing job on our remodel. Peter and Daniel were very professional and cleaned each day before they left the house. They were very efficient and completed work ahead of schedule. The work turned out amazing! Peter even had to make some adjustments to the sink vanities in order for the sinks to fit and it all turned out perfect. Kiki was our project manager and she was always very responsive any time I needed to reach out to her. The entire experience was great! Would definitely recommend them!

The Young Family would like to thank Home Advisor for simplifying our search for high quality contractors for our master bath renovation. We were able to quickly select three different contractors from the reviews on their sight. After selecting the three, it was no contest as to which we would choose after talking with Tonya, our representative from Limitless Renovations. She provided us with many options and suggestions which helped in our decision making process. Eddie and Tony were assigned to our project. From demolition through renovation, they paid close attention to detail and were diligent with daily clean up. Kiki was our point of contact in the office to answer our questions or concerns and notify us of scheduling. It was a pleasure working with such a skilled and professional staff. I would highly recommend Limitless they were on time finishing our bathroom renovation and respectful of our home. We had the shower replaced, new counters/cabinets/sinks installed. Our mirrors cut to frame and the entire bathroom repainted. We were most impressed with Tinisha who was able to match the shower stall tile to our floor tile. Sunil and Vic did a wonderful job replacing our shower and cabinets. Kiki kept us up on every phase of the process and quickly answered our questions. One snag was the painting we had decided we would repair and paint the walls until we realized the job was bigger than our skill set. Kiki arranged for painters to come out and take care of our painting and drywall needs without delaying the date of completion. The painters where very neat and did an excellent job with the painting. Thank you to the entire crew who made our experience with remodeling a bathroom easy!

I highly recommend Limitless Renovations. From beginning to end everyone involved was great - always highly responsive and helpful. This included Jeff Mann in Sales. Jeff took his time in helping with the tile selection and finalizing the contract. After tile selection, I worked closely with Kiki, their Production Manager. Kiki was always great with advising of schedule, answering any questions or making any requested changes. Finally, I have to rave about the installers, Eugene and Stephan. Eugene and Stephan did a wonderful job installing the tile. In addition, they were always very nice and eager to please. I love our new bathroom!

The very professional team from initial sales (Trevor), project review/contract signing (Lance) and installation (Doug, Kiki). All work was done on time and within agreed costs. All questions an/or changes handled promptly. Care was taken to protect carpeting/flooring during the project. Debris removed in a timely fashion. They did a great job, we are very pleased. Limitless Renovations provided us with an exceptional team from the salesperson (Teneshia) to the installers(Sunil and Vic). They are so professional, accommodating and tireless. They worked very hard to create a bathroom that we love. They worked standing in the cold to cut tile, walked from outside to the bathroom countless times a day and built a beautiful bathroom that exceeds our expectations. They cleaned up every night and were so thoughtful as they worked to completion. Kiki kept us informed every step of the way. We always received a call from Sunil or Vic letting us know their arrival time. Of course, Teneshia told us we would be pleased, but we had no idea. When we do a kitchen renovation, we'll be calling Limitless and we'll want the same team. There are a lot of unreliable people doing business and in contrast, Limitless Renovation stands out like a lighthouse.

Kitchen Design Service
We are working with Limitless Renovations to renovation our master shower as well as our entire kitchen and tear down a load-bearing wall. We are only partway through the project but are extremely impressed so far. Top notch quality, lots of friendly contact points, their team accommodates those of us who work regular-hour jobs. Our initial contact was with Aimee, who helped guide us through the initial process. She came to our home (in the evening after regular work hours!!! WONDERFUL!) and showed us a bunch of samples of material. We worked with her through the quoting process, making choices about materials, discussing prices/options/pros/cons. She was knowledgeable, upfront, and friendly. It was a good start! After we finalized the scope with Aimee, the VP of production Jeremiah came by (over a weekend! These folks are really good about catering to people who work regular hours!) to discuss a few technical options, do additional detailed measurements, and make sure we are comfortable with the agreed upon scope. All good so far! Our renovations were broken up into two discrete projects: shower and kitchen. The lead for our shower was Valeriy, and he is simply amazing. Our shower was a beast of a project, butting up against our sloped roof and some funny-angled walls. Plus we have a bench. This was way more complex than a simple three-wall shower stall. Valeriy (and occasionally his son) are true artisans. Their workmanship and dedication to detail really shine. They went so far above-and-beyond our expectations with everything, and our shower is absolutely gorgeous. They did a great job cleaning up, too. We figured we would be left with a ton of dust everywhere, but they got it. We are waiting for the frameless glass door to be installed but wanted to make sure we acknowledge how good of a job Valeriy did. For the kitchen, we are in the process of working with the designer Lisa. She came by on a Sunday to meet with us (seriously, these folks make it easy to work around a regular person s work schedule). We discussed our goals for the layout, and she took her measurements. Later, she was able to email us some CAD drawings that did a really wonderful job capturing our goals. We are in the midst of a few minor revisions, but she is been very patient with us. And she is also been so thorough, catching a few potential pitfalls along the way. We have not started the actual kitchen construction yet, but if the team is anywhere near as good as our experience with Valeriy, we will be very happy customers.

This is a fantastic company from the sales to the project managers to the excellent craftsmen who do the work. Communication was excellent, project managers went out of their way to satisfy specific request, and the installation specialist Vakeriy Rusev and his son were top of the line craftsmen who excelled in prep to finish. Quality of the work was exceptional... they worked hard, gave suggestions, paid attention to detail and were respectful to my home. I must begin by saying that I am a very demanding person. I believe LR deserves a 5* rating not because they are perfect but because in context of the work they did an outstanding job. I needed to renovate 7 bathrooms in a luxury investment property I own in Atlanta. I personally donâ t live in Atlanta so I needed to select a vendor who could complete the project in a timely fashion& without requiring my presence. Although the sales process started kind of bumpy but I could see the potential in them to do a good job. Christina who led the sales phase was a wonderful, friendly, professional& knowledgeable lady. As the face of the company she had a lot to do with giving me a sense of comfort to go with them. However, the numbers in the proposal did not always make sense to me. As a former corporate executive, I was used to reviewing many contracts& managing many vendors & as habit I would go through the proposal with careful attention to the numbers. I could find small discrepancies here& there, which created some tension between us. We finally overcame our issues &reached an agreement for them to do the job in 2.5 months. In the implementation phase the project was led by Jeremiah, who was a pleasure to work with. He was customer focused and had the right attitude. He was not there to argue with me about little things here and there& tried to accommodate my desires throughout the project in a reasonable way. He appreciated the large project I had given them& wanted to keep me happy. The team on site in charge of doing the work was led by Peter. Peter and his team did a SUPERB job. I cannot say enough good things about their work. It was truly remarkable! They showed up consistently around 7 am and put a full day of work 5 days/week. I never had to worry about them showing up or chasing them. Peter took such a pride in his work that I did not need to worry about checking his work while I was not in Atlanta. I would return to town periodically to check the progress& I was always pleased by how fast they had worked and the quality of their work. I have several properties and I have had to do a lot of work in those properties over the years. This was the first time that I truly enjoyed watching the work without any headache. I wanted to be in control of the quality of the materials, so the work material was provided by them but I provided all vanities, tiles, fixtures, mirrors, chandeliers, etc. I chose to get 3 of my countertops and sinks from them. The countertops are beautiful& very nicely cut& installed but the sinks are kind of small. I shouldâ ve paid more attention to their sizes. If I were doing it again I would buy larger sinks. After the project was completed I had a house cleaner clean the bathrooms and all of a sudden I had a leak in the ceiling under one of my baths. Peter came back and checked the work & claimed that the leak had nothing to do with his work & showed me a picture of

From begin to end this was a job well done. From the salesman (Trevor) to the Installer (Doug a REAL artist) to the asst project manager (Kiki0 everyone was professional and skilled. First contact was Trevor who came out listen to what I wanted and gave me some ideas and showed some pictures of what my bath would look like and worked up a contract in his 2 hour visit. Once I choose them the demolition was done with great care to the rest of the house. Next the installer Doug... he was very talented and personable and I knew we were in good hands . He prepared the master bath from the subfloor ,floor, plumbing ,electrical ,tile shower ,toilet and vanity keeping me informed every step of the way. Next the painters and the final details and anything that needed extra attention all I need do was call Kiki asst. project manager and it was solved.. A good experience beginning to end... We smile ear to ear every time we enter this room now.

We actually found Limitless Renovations thru Home Advisor after interviewing over 10 companies to remodel our kitchen. I was impressed with Limitless from the initial meeting with the sales person (Trevor). He identified some challenges with what we envisioned that no other vendor had even considered. Trevor took the time to look around front & back and came up with some out of the box solution to fix the issue. The crew is always consistent - same people throughout the project. We got to know our crew an they were very amazing people who took pride in their work and truly enjoyed the fruits of their labor. We also had a designer and project managers that Limitless provides that were all excellent at what they do and they truly care about their customer. They completely renovated my kitchen beyond my expectations. Friend & family keep telling me that the kitchen looks like it now belongs in a HGTV magazine. We were thoroughly impressed at the professionalism, quality and dedication to perfection that we experienced with Limitless. I highly recommend this company and will most definitely be using them for my next remodeling project!
