After checking my gas furnace, the service technician advised that everything seemed to be working well (I called them in just for a check-up, as it hadn't been done in quite a while) and there was no need for any service or repair at that time. This was a nice change from some other servicers that may have suggested unnecessary repairs or parts replacements just to pad their bill. Greatly appreciated!

Prompt, efficient, and undaunted by the challenge of a small space even though the person who came from Lin was older than Ben the Plumber and about the same size. He was innovative in his approach to the space problem. He was also friendly and informative.

There was a problem getting the tenants at the home to answer the door. The Lin Supply representative came out again the following morning and called me to advise me of the procedure he did. They had a couple ways to fix the problem, the cheapest way was the way the company went and I appreciate that because I am an out of state landlord. I would most definitely use them again. As a matter of fact, they will be supplying the oil for the repaired furnace.
