Lincoln Heating and Air Condition

I was very impressed by Phil, the technician who was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my A/C unit and it worked right away. I would highly recommend Lincoln Heating and Air!

Andrew came out and fixed it the same day as he has all the parts needed to replace the motor on his truck. Fast, efficient, friendly and walked us through the entire process! We will definitely use and recommend Lincoln heating and air for any future needs!

My experience with Lincoln Heating and Air has been a nightmare. Over three years, they visited my home eight times for a recurring AC issue, consistently making it worse. Three years ago, my AC blew warm air. Lincoln Heating and Air charged me $7,000 for a new unit. Now, the exact same problem has recurred. Their technician blamed a "mis-diagnosis" by a former tech, claiming it's my responsibility?an outrageous evasion of accountability! Despite their "lifetime workmanship" and "5-year equipment" guarantees, my unit failed in year three. They demanded $500 for a nitrogen test and $1400 for refrigeration, completely disregarding their promises. Worst of all, their shoddy AC disconnect installation caused the entire unit to melt down, costing me $500 to replace. This severe safety hazard and catastrophic failure is directly attributable to their negligence. They refuse to take responsibility or cover repair costs. This company lacks professionalism, competence, and integrity.

Gave me a bid of $2038 for replacement of heater Control Panel. Thinking the part must be very expensive so I signed the work order. The job was finished in 90 minutes. I live on $1000 a month & am 77 years old. I had to put it on my visa card. After he was gone, I looked up the cost of the control panel & surprise, surprise it was only $145. So I believe they Scammed me out of more than $1200 to $1400. So I requested an itemized invoice & was told they give lump sum invoices only. Easier to steal from you I 'm thinking .DO NOT HIRE or TRUST this VAMPIRE Company of Blood suckers. Never been so screwed over in my life.Will turn them in to BBB for sure.

Authorized repair for our swamp cooler. Water overflow valve needed replacement. Diagnosed on service call. Days later, Lincoln heating and air said part had to be ordered. Days later, nothing from Lincoln, Called manufacturer. Said part was in Phoenix. Friday, after our call, said couldn't put part in for 7 more days! Wanted us to sign a BLANK invoice for $700.00!!! to put it in! Husband ordered part, came to our house in 2 days! He then installed the (essentially) a plug in part himself in 6 MINUTES! PART COST $380. SO LINCOLN HEATING AND AIR WAS GOING TO CHARGE US $300. For a five minute job! PLEASE AVOID THIS KIND OF HIGHWAY ROBBERY! THIS COMPANY WAS HORRIBLE!
