II have had experience with two other plumbers recently, and have been very dissatisfied. Bill called me almost immediately after I entered my information and since he was the first one who called and his ratings were excellent, I hired him on the spot. He gave me an estimate on fixing my toilet seal over the phone but said he would have to check the other leaking pipe before giving me an estimate. He arrived promptly, finished the work quickly and thoroughly and his charges were fair and appropriate. I will definitely call him again for a plumbing problem.

Bill answered my call quickly, gave me a reasonable quote, quickly came to the house . He hauled the new water heater to the basement did an excellent job of installation, was friendly and courteous, cleaned up after his work and hauled out and removed the heater that was defective.

I had confused the time he was to arrive. I thought it was 6pm but it was 5:30pm. He waited in the drive way for 1/2 hour which I was impressed. He was prepared and patient and provided quality service. He even provided references of other professionals for several projects that need to be done. He also offered to remove his shoes prior to entering into the house - which is something no one neves does any more. I was quite pleased. Thank you William.
