Nick and his crew were so professional. The install went very smoothly. In fact, I commented that this was the easiest and most hassle work we have had done to our house. The crew was very tidy and they may have left my house cleaner than before they arrived. Very pleased with the install and fireplace. Thank you for a job well done.

Very quick response and thorough. Recently moved into our 30 yr old home and asked them to clean and inspect the chimney to check for any issues or blockages. They checked everything, including going onto the roof to check there as well. The chimney was in good shape as for as cleanliness and showed no blockages. They did find that we has some pretty good rust issues around the custom part that came out on top of the roof (forgive my lack of knowledge on what it is called) and told us that we should think about replacing it in the next couple of years. With that they even gave us a quote for it and didn't even charge us for the visit that day! Very satisfied and will call them when we decide to do the work they suggested.

He didn't charge me for unnecessary things, but he did charge me $100 to caulk the gas line, which I thought was high. On the other hand he was friendly, personable and knowledgeable.
