Lindemann & Sons II Concrete

Wish I had read the reviews before calling Lindemann and Sons 2 concrete as the reviews speak to my exact experience. I was given his name by a friend end of June and Daniel Lindemann was quick to return my call to get the job "on the books" and drove to my house to collect a 50% down payment. it took several text messages to get him to come back and start the work and then he only came to tear out a small chunk of concrete and laid forms for a large patio. Since then, it's been excuse after excuse on why he couldn't get there to do the work and every time he said he'd be there, he never showed up. Excuse is the game this company/person plays. I told him I wanted a refund on my deposit as I'd be seeking another Co. to to the work and paid him for the removal of the concrete his crew did, but over a month later it's more excuses on why I haven't received my refund back. Every time I bring this concrete company up, everyone has heard about him and how he's done it to others.

Daniel was quick to get is half down deposit. The work was rushed and there were several un level spots in the patio that hold water. The deck steps were poured into the concrete instead of under to let the steps sit on top. There are cracks and crooked saw cuts in patio. The owner, Daniel Lindemann was notified about all of these issues and failed to correct the problems. There are a number of bad reviews about this company since having this job done. Do not use this company for any concrete job!!

I would not recommend Lindemann & Sons 2 Concrete (other business names used: Lindemann Property Services, Lindemann Sons & II Concrete or LS&2C) for ANY concrete job! I entered into a contract with this company owned by Daniel Lindemann on April 24, 2025 to replace a concrete patio and 4x4 sidewalk for $5,200 at my 92 year old Mother's home. The work completed on July 17, 2025 was inferior to say the least! I notified the contractor of issues we had with his work. I just got lots of excuses and no resolution. Therefore, I reached out to another concrete contractor to get their opinion on the job. They said that because the existing patio is tilted toward the house, the patio needs to be removed and re-poured to prevent water from pooling in the front of the doors and getting into the basement. They couldn't believe the shoddy work. I demanded a full refund from this company by 8/15/25 . However, all I have gotten are excuses.

I hired them on march 18th 2025 to tear out a section of driveway and replace and add a sidewalk around to the basement door. Im in a wheelchair and haven't been in my basement in three years. They sent a contract and wanted 2725.00 up front .they immediately came and picked up the cash. He said he could get it done that week but it rained. Three weeks later I text him and he said firt thing next week but he never showed up or even called It's July 21st now I had to hire someone else to do the job. Daniel did apologize and said he would refund deposit, it's been over a month now I still don't have my money all I can say if he treats a handicapped man like this i don't even know what to say.

I searched these guys out based on their other family members being in the business with proven reputations. Unfortunately my experience was not good. I spent right around $ 100,000 (not a typo) with them for a long drive plus a 50x80 floor. The floor turned out okay but that?s when they also brought in those other family members to help. The drive and porch continue to be problems, and anything verbal (?we?ll fix that?) was just hot air. I was very considerate of their circumstances at the time and basically got s**t on for it. From not using enough pins for their forms, to blowouts, to simple things like slope and water diversion, it seems they screwed up everywhere. Not trying to bad mouth but their work was very much below standard. I got the impression the co-owner on site halfway wanted to do it right but the other co-owner seemed to be ramrodding things and didn?t give two shits and she called the shots. Again, just being straight up, will show my job to anyone.

Lindemann & Sons 2 poured a concrete pole barn floor for us. They did an excellent job they were on time, very efficient, and poured the slickest floor you could ask for. Great group of guys and would recommend them to anyone.

They did two concrete projects for me, one foundation and one flatwork for my garage and the driveway. They were on time both times, one in the spring and another in the fall when they were quite busy but were always courteous and smiling. They did the job just as they did they would, they offered a fair price and that was exactly what they charged. A very good, energetic experience on both projects. They seem like they really wanna do right by the customer and are just very honest people!
